    I booked this hotel on trip.com. I have been lucky to do a lot of travelling. A friendlier hotel I have rarely come across except maybe for the Maldives. I would like to give a shout out to Riska who everyday had a beaming smile and a good morning at breakfast. Just the thing to start the day. Another individual whose name I did not get was the security guard who helped us across the road. You may laugh but this is a duel carriageway with no traffic lights no bridges and no zebra crossings. I have never seen a continual traffic flow as here. Thank you for getting us across and back safely. During our stay the food was excellent service good!!All the staff cheery and helpful. Thank you for a pleasurable stay!!

    We booked 2 rooms this hotel, we want the hotel close to the airport and close to Bali Med Hospital in Denpasar. Our room was quite small for our 2 suit case. The key for our room wasn't working properly ,from when we arrive. We always had called the staff to open our room or they changed the keys if they can't open it. There was no hand towel in the bathroom.There is swimming pool next to restaurant. At the restaurant portions were quite small I gave 3 star because our small room, small portion and the problem to open our room.There is a big shop Krisna cross the road if you need to buy souvenir/ oleh-oleh khas Bali.

    he is a very amazing guy, he knows how to make us happy. he meets everyone and talks like a friend. for the first time we met the manager who came down to meet us all at the pool was very special for us and amazing. he said all the Australians call him Yogi Bear, he is humorous. we will see him again next year and will definitely come back again. see you Mr. Yogi
