I called them in order to ask their availability for next month, but the guy answered with very bad reply and told me that he was busy, and do not call him again. Thank God I haven't booked anything. Got very bad first impression.

I booked a room for myself and partner and arrived mid afternoon to find the hotel staff all sleeping on a bare mattress on the floor of a room adjoining reception.They didn't have details of our booking which was made through Expedia but "fortunately" they had a room available. The pictures shown of the rooms are very misleading and do not represent the room that we stayed in.The pool looked clean, but our room was in desperate need of a good clean. The wash hand basin was the dirtiest I've seen, the mirror above it had seen better days, as had the pedal bin which was mostly rust than stainless steel. The tile grouting was black and the "Louis Vuitton" duvet wasn't a laundry friendly duvet that the cover could have been removed as it didn't have a cover.Now I know that this place is cheap and you get what you pay for but as we switched off the lights we heard a scurrying in the ceiling void followed by a scratching. My partner reassured me that guests upstairs must have had a small dog ...... There wasn't an upstairs. The noise continued through the night, I can only assume there were rats in the ceiling void.We had paid for breakfast but when we saw the state of the communal kitchen decided to forfeit breakfast and leave.On another note the area of the beach where this hotel is is in desperate need of a clean, it is badly littered with rubbish, millions of plastic bottles you'd be astounded.If I were to return to Bali I'd be giving Jimbaran bay a miss

In one room were cockroaches and the bed sheets were dirty. So it was only possible for us to use the dirty room. It was very complicated to get money for the one room with the cockroaches back. Furthermore the hotel staff wanted us to pay money because we slept with three people in a room for two. Very unfriendly and inadvisable!

Nice place,comfort and friendly prices.Please come and stay here is fun.The place is clean,comfort and quite.Have pool and kitchen share.staff is friendly and helpfully.You can book tour and transport in this place.

Putra and Bagus became very good friends of mine during my stay back in November. I will be visiting them again in a few weeks. No request was too much for them. Great staff, the quality of the room for the price you pay is outstanding. Great location very close to the beach (dinner on Jimbaran beach is amazing) - they are very knowledgeable humble people with a true love for Bali. Making me a delicious breakfast everyday. If you're reading this review to decide if you want to stay at Denays house - please take my word for it, you will not regret your stay here.
