  Hidden Gem in a Great Location

  Gorgeous gardens with Indonesian art! Looks like a temple! Nice big swimming pool. Great location, right across the street from Alchemy, one of the best restaurants in Bali, and next door to the gorgeous Alchemy Yoga Center. Easy walk to Zest, another fabulous restaurant! Nice rooms with comfy beds. Very nice owner and staff. I read some of the bad reviews and they must have been written when there were other lenders because these guys are great! They will even drive you around for the price of a taxi (but they’re easier to access). The only negative is their WiFi is weak, but Outpost co-Working is right across the street, which is an awesome place to do all your computer stuff! The price of this place is also much better than the other hotels in the area, some that are not as nice. It’s also very quiet and peaceful here. I’d definitely stay here again.

  Me and my friends booked here for 2 nights stay. Within 0.5 day we could not stand it anymore. We booked pool view room. When we arrived, the reception was panicking as if he does not know that we have booked earlier. Dont even know how much the price. I need to show him my agoda app for him to take note. When we enter the room....my goodness!! It was terrible and horrible. We switched room coz the room was dirty and the water pressure was super low. New room given was also dirty but good water pressure. But NO TV!!! Me and my friends later decided to switch to other hotel in the surrounding area.NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY TO STAY HERE. Price paid was not worthy. Should be less than 150,000 per night. If its more run someplace else please!!! We end up still paying for 2 nights pool view room that cost 550k.

  Good location but poor conditions.

  I have booked two rooms for my family, I was not really expect a lot based on previous reviews from guests.The room that they have allocated us was not in good condition, the floor was stained, the ceiling came off, the noisy Air-conditions fan was disturbing although in Ubud the air was cooling and not necessary to have it on. The bath room floor and wall was dirty and water pressure was very Low. The Swimming pool water was green and was not been treated regularly. Not even a single basic bathroom amenities was available.They reason I have booked this accommodation was because of the location near central Ubud.

  Don’t stay here!

  It’s like it’s been shut down for years and people are squatting there! It’s dirty, rusty, & damp. I’m never fussy and I was scared to use the bed sheets. Reception is run by school boys. Pool is the pits and has a elephant fountain that dribbles water instead. I was worried about catching lice here. The bathrooms are vile and scary to use. No soap supplied and no toilet paper after first roll finishes. We were to scared to eat breakfast as it was so dirty looking and the kitchen was revolting. So can’t comment on it.There is no care for detail put in at all at this place. Don’t bother oh and it’s miles from shops and town. Don’t bring kids here either as they have a lot of old women trying to get there eat pray love experience and lonely backpackers that don’t want kids in pool.

  Great location, but...

  This was a last minute booking. Check in was a breeze, but It didn't dawn on us until later that we got zero instructions (breakfast time, etc.). The room was small but comfortable but was in need of a reno. The bedding had stains and seen better days. The shower tiles were grimy. The pool looked slightly cloudy and there was mold around some of the edges. With the exception of the manager who spoke English, it was difficult to communicate with staff. We never had breakfast there because we could never figure out when breakfast was served. This property has so much potential. All is needed is a slight renovation and better upkeep. The location is excellent. We also rented a scooter from them for only 60K a day. We made the best of it though, but I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
