This resort warmly welcomes guests in Seminyak.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Not every one is afraid of cops

    I've been coming here since 2020 and to have complained about an worker and to see he's still there with the same money hungry incorrect information given self it's. Not cool he really made me look at super 8 in a completely different way now especially when cops are called or used to threaten a situation

    No coffee makers in room, no HDTV and cable was out the first 5 hours we were there, no breakfast items of any kind. Accommodations did not match room description on booking website. Management was apologetic but did not rectify.

    The worst experience. Bathroom dirty,housekeeper having coffee in one of rooms. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED LIKE IT SAYS ON THE PROMO. NO LIGHT IN ROOM. NO CLOSET TO HANG CLOTHES.REGARDLESS of how much you pay for a hotel where is $50 or 250. The room should always been clean. This hotel is not worth it. The other hotel which im not mentioning name has a 2.5 rating. They treat you with much respect than this place... With the World Cup coming up. They need to get it together or they not going to be in business to long. I would not recommend unless is the only place you can find Owners of this place need to learn about customer service and advertising. If you no longer give free breakfast. TheN take it OUT OF ADVERTISING. ITS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING.

    Great place to sleep close to NYC

    For what we needed it for (a place to sleep, close to public transit) the room was fine. We came to NYC region for an art exhibit and to see some shows, so basically all we did was sleep in the room. Lighting in the room was poor, the toilet was a little wonky and the wi-fi was spotty, but it didn't really adversely affect our experience. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. We liked that we could get on the NJ Transit bus just a short way down to the road and be in Manhattan in 10 minutes!

    For a 2 star property, it's ok. Fair size rooms, ok bed quality but cleanliness could use a boost. Staff is decent and helpful.
