    The hotel is very close to Denpasar Airport and provided us with an impeccable transfer service. The rooms are large and overlook the large swimming pool where we dined. The breakfast, included in the cost of the room, is excellent. A great, well-run hotel.

    Great hotel with friendly staffs. Very peaceful vibes and close to airport. Perfect hotel for travellers on transit like us. Breakfast was good too with various options to choose from.

    I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport for 13 days after being stranded due to the situation in the Middle East. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the hotel made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a long stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is very relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym and a self-service laundry room, which was extremely helpful during our extended stay.The restaurant is also wonderful. The atmosphere is very peaceful, shady, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy meals. A special thank you to Mr. Budi, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. His hospitality truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.The front office team handled the check-in and check-out process very smoothly. They were always warm, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Special thanks to Ms. Anna, Ms. Triska, Ms. Nia, and Mr. Jimmy for their genuine kindness and excellent service throughout our stay.Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us and making our unexpected long stay feel welcoming and comfortable.
