    The hotel is not doing well

    Unfortunately it seems that the hotel is not doing well anymore.I visited this hotel first time in 2016 and at that time the hotel was in a great shape.In september 2024 we stayed for 2 nights, at the beginning of our vacation, and here are the comments:- the ground floor rooms are really noisy and every sound from the pool area travels to the rooms. Other guests went to the pool very early in the morning and they were loud- also the noises from Sunset Road are coming to the room- the pool area is just sad nowadays - there wasn't even those red cushions shown in the pool area pictures, instead there was just the hard concrete bases where you needed to lay down/sit- we lost electricity from our room - staff came to fix it- the breakfast is not good, there was not even milk for coffee- no hand soap at the toiletthen the good things:+ good location if you need to get to Sunset Road fast+ cheapOverall it just seems that the hotel is neglected.

    The hotel is run down. Not well maintaned.Room was not well maintained. Bathroom dont have hot water & shower water is not strong.Breakfast is so-soLocation is ok. Have circle k nearby & some restaurantsWas expecting more from Dagam brands.Bad experience

    I didn't mind staying here my first 3 nights. It's in a really good area of Seminyak. Many good cheap restaurants nearby and beach 2km. The room was fine and comfy but didn't have a fridge as I thought in booking. The pool was nice and large to take a dip and sunbake. Staff were friendly.

    I stayed for 2 night from 2 - 4 May 2022, I booked through Traveloka, but I upgraded my room into Deluxe Pool room 1006, Many mosquitos, black ants and debris on the corner inside the room, the air conditioner was not cool, and I put some drinks and food inside the small refrigerator (I bought it from outside) but when I checked out from the hotel I forgot to bring it, but the hotel DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL until I contacted the hotel at 5 May 2022, the staff told me to wait because he need to checked it first, after a very very long wait he told me that nothing found in our room's small refrigerator.The staff is very ignorance to wear mask properly and I don't know why they not inform me about my stuff that I forgot to bring.They just say nothing left without any solution.

    Having stayed here many times before March 2020..l was looking forward to my visit..the hotel was dirty..animal hairs on coffee tables in reception..shown to Pool View room with No Window..thus no View..taken to another room where building work was in progress...pool is dark green in colour...assired my payment to Expedia would be refunded..it has not..spoke to Manager today..she took my number and said would call me back..she has not..reception staff speak little english so lm wasting my time contacting hotel..better places to stay nearby
