Location

The hotel is strategically located in the Kuta area, less than 1 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport, which can be reached within a 10-minute drive.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 156 rooms, including 61 single rooms and 94 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Hi , we have been staying at ibis Kuta Bali for several years Everyone that we recommended this hotel to were satisfied staying there The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport, it’s very ideal to stay there and rest up after a flight The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful , very clean rooms, the location is central to everything you might need, The hotel rate is absolutely good value for money, We will be staying there again next month Thank you to ibis management and staff for a great experience.

    We’ve been staying at Ibis Kuta since its opening in 2012 and it continues to feel like our home in Bali. The staff have always been the highlight of our visits, and this trip was no exception. Pak Putra, the Duty Manager, deserves special mention for his professionalism, kindness, and consistently excellent service. His dedication truly elevates the guest experience.The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenient shops, and it’s only a short drive from the airport—perfect for both quick stopovers and longer stays. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay.After over a decade of visits, we keep coming back because of the warm hospitality and reliable comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and genuine service in Kuta.

    Only booked hotel because close to airport and we were only staying in our room for 7hrs as we had late flight.The hotel is very dated and in need of upgrade.Has steep ramps into hotel and down to lift.Arrived at reception wasn't very organised and had to wait to get our room even though we were only ones checking in.As accor member we had to ask for our welcome drink wasn't offered to us.Room service was slow would not like to stay there for long period.

    My God! it was cheap but I did not expect such a disgusting room from an Accor property.
