  Love this place!

  Apart from problems with hot water - this place is location location and the staff are amazing. They are currently renovating so I am having to stay somewhere else while in Bali this time (Lloyd’s Inn - do not go there!) but I can’t wait till the Reno is finished. Hoping for my next trip in August

  Secret Garden in the middle of chaos

  Our friends booked this villa for his farewell, so we spend 2days1night there with our family friends. Since the space is so spacious, with a lot of people inside we are still have a room, the kitchen stuff are complete, love the long dinner table, and all the room was great with a lovely bathroom. Also we are enjoyed the pool so much with the kids. We did enjoy sunset at the beach just walking by 5 minutes from our villa. We are decided to enjoy the night at villa cos of traffic outside is horrible.

  Worst villa. You should close

  Despite the bad reviews. We gave Jabu a chance and talked to the owner to make sure everything is okay. Needed a very near villa frm Morabito Villa. Stayed in Jabu Villa May24-27 2019 with my family. Upon arrival there was no one in the reception area, we waited for 20mins before someone arrive.We stayed in Villa 1, 3 rooms with bathroom. Bedroom 1- AIRCON was BROKEN. No lock keys on the balcony door. NO hot water in the showerBedroom 2 - NO hot water in the shower, very low water supplyBedroom 3- also NO hot water in the shower. Low water supplyKItchen stove- also not workingWe had to call someone to get the kitchen stove fixed. They cleaned and fixed the aircon in the bedroom 1 after few hours. They also clean and fixed the living room aircon. WHILE we were already check in. Badly needed hot water since we have a toddler and our flights was bery early in the morning.Villa is definitely not well maintained. Stains and dust everywhere. Most of the appliances NOT working. Last minute they told us Credit card machine is not working. They were willing to take US dollars but higher price from $300, they want $560!! Worst villa ever. Save yourself from staying ij this villa.

  We stayed here for night nights and the only positive was the location.The villa was not maintained, the towels were dirty, there was no hot water and the pool was filthy. My advice would be to look at another villa, plenty more villas in the locality.

  1 star for location but that’s it.If you can find similar accommodation then take it. This place has so much potential but is so poorly managed. When I stepped foot inside I found it disgraceful. Mold on the pillows, pubic hairs in a sink, mold around a faucet, mucus wiped on the back of doors, toilets blocked, the floors beneath the beds haven’t been mopped since the day the place was built.... The only good thing was that whenever I raised concerns the staff dealt with them promptly. But why should I have to raise them at all? I told them no eggs for breakfast, so we got hard boiled eggs for breakfast. I asked for breakfast at 7.30 am so it came at 7.50 am causing us to nearly miss our day trip that was booked. They don’t answer phones or reply to emails: no airport pick up booked despite promises otherwise. I then had to argue for the drop off. You can lock the entrance to the villa but there’s an open door without a lock just to the side. The shower...! It goes from cold to melt-the-skin-off-your-back-hot within ⅛ of a millimeter of moving the tap. I complained for 3 days to have it fixed. They tried but couldn’t. WiFi? It’s quicker to write a letter if it’s even working at all. If I hadn’t pre-paid I’d have not stayed a single night. I’d have lost my money if I’d cancel. Had the staff not been so nice when I asked for things to be fixed I’d happily of forgone the money to fight for it back later. The owners should honestly be ashamed of the place. Again: the staff were always friendly & trying their best to address any & all concerns. I just wish I hadn’t had to ask for what I’d deem minimal hygienic standards.
