    I was very disappointed with my stay, even though it was only two nights. The uploaded photos were very different from the actual room. The cleanliness of the room was far below expectations—there were visible stains on the sheets, hair on the floor, towels that looked like they were a rag, dust on surfaces, and the bathroom felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned. The pool water was cloudy and dirty, and to make matters worse, the pool cleaners came in without permission while we were relaxing in the living room area its very shock and not good for our privacyOverall, the lack of cleanliness combined with the unprofessional atmosphere makes this stay a highly undesirable experience.

    Horrible - don't stay here unless you can get the room at a bargain price

    We booked here for a 2 week stay in a couple of months and after finding some worrying reviews thought it worth having a look before our planned stay. Pros - the pool looked amazing - 10m long and clean. The path leading to the room was lovely - curving path lined with plants. Cons - On entering the villa it was another story. The most uninviting rooms - tatty furniture, everything needs an update, paint, refresh and some tlc. Railings on stairs up to bedrooms were covered in rust. More stairs to a rooftop that is unkempt and awful. Just horrible,and couldn't wait to get out and cancel the stay we had planned. With a lot of money spent this accommodation could be brought back to life but I just couldn't wait to get out and am eternally grateful we could cancel our booking. I find it hard to do negative reviews but felt I had to warn others to check out this accommodation to ensure you will be happy before committing to your stay.

    Very nice villa with private pool. Our kids enjoyed themself. The place is well keep and the villa is huge. We love to stay here for 4 days. They give free breakfast and the staf is freindly. We recommended to anyone to stay here. The price is fair.

    I had a bit of mixed emotions about the villa in the beginning. The actual complex is great, surrounded in nice garden. The villa has really nice entrance where you walk over a pond with fish, nice good size pool (aprx 10m long) living area and dining area. upstairs there is bedroom and another lounge room with mats - great for Yoga. huge bathroom with tub and separate shower. Location was good as we did hire a bike, nice couple of restaurants around the corner (turn left when you outside and walk for 1-2 min), nice massage place to your right.That is where my mixed emotions started. Villa needs some work, pool lights weren't working, decking has loose timber. Kitchen vinyl is lifting. Sofa covers are all stained. Breakfast is the most modest/small i ever had in Bali. I personally don't think it is worth to pay for a breakfast in this villa. You get eggs with mini small croissant and another mini bun with tea. or fruits. But after enjoying all the good parts you sort of start to forget about those maintenance issues. So if you think you can look past them, definitely worth staying here. Hopefully they will do a reno and this place will be a Gem.

    The best place to staycation and vacation with couples or family, good service, good room, good food and big villa for 4-6 person. Very recommended villa at Umalas. Near from Raya kerobokan and Sunset road. The best papilon villas umalas, thank you for your serving to us.
