    Recommended Hotel - Sensational Breakfast

    I found it very simple, very small room, but I was super well treated. The breakfast is sensational, surprised me. It's the way and the taste I like. I just loved. As for the hotel, the location is great, it is right on the side of the camelodrome, to the vuco-vuco. Only I'm used to staying in hotels with a different high standard. But this as it was just to sleep one night, super served me, I have nothing to complain about. I recommend him yes.     Located in the central area, it has good accommodation, comfortable with frigobar, tv and hot water. Sleeping was good. Unfortunately, as it was only a daily and I had to travel in the morning, I have no way to rate the breakfast, but the hotel has a "game room" (only an old swing table) on the 4th floor, and a small gym. The reception staff was very attentive. It does not have a messenger to carry bags, but for me it has no problem, because there was a cart at the disposal, which helped me a lot. Just one suggestion: they could exchange the TVs (which have cable TV channels) for Smart TVs.     Disappointed with the hotel service

    I have stayed in this hotel other times, but this time, a heat and the air conditioning did not work. I called the reception and they told me that I had nothing to do and that they were gonna arrange at 8 pm, which didn't happen either. Very disappointed with the service.     My experience at this hotel was far below expectation. Right at check-in I already had a negative impression, as they did not request any kind of documentation, which left me insecure since the arrival. In addition, the team did not demonstrate proactivity. They did not explain where the breakfast was served or give basic information about the hotel structure. They only indicated, very superficially, how to get to the other tower where my room was.When I got to the room, which was in that other tower, I realized that nothing corresponded to the description presented on the site. The bed linen was squeezed, the towels were of very bad quality and so rough that they looked ashes. The bathroom was leaking, the box wasn't closing, the shower was pinging all night and there was already water spread when I entered. The doors were sloppy at the top and swollen at the bottom.The room had a very strong smell and on the second day the smell was so unpleasant that I woke up with my nose burning. The curtains had mold, the window was extremely dirty and the lighting was weak. The air conditioner took a long time to turn on, did not regulate the temperature and worked unstable. In addition, there was a constant, very loud noise, apparently from some engine or nearby equipment.There was also an “inactive” inner door inside the room, which increased my feeling of insecurity. Another serious point was that when you inserted the card in the lock, the lightning and noise came from the power key in the room, indicating an obvious electrical problem, which should not happen under any circumstances.The breakfast was quite basic, with little variety and little inviting presentation. Faced with the lack of cleanliness perceived in the hotel as a whole, I was afraid to consume some items. Even the access to the cafe was not informed at check-in.The elevators also presented flaws. On two occasions, I selected one floor and was taken to another completely different.The location is good, but there is a square in front with many street locals. This could have been informed by the reception so that the arrival was more peaceful and welcomed.The available reviews of the hotel do not correspond to reality. I spoke with other guests and everyone was also dissatisfied with the conditions of the place.In short, the stay was uncomfortable, unsafe and very far from what the hotel announces.
