  None of the staff speak proficient enough English although they were all very friendly. Breakfast was average at best. Ants everywhere albeit that's expected in a place like Bali. Bottled water was only replenished in the room when we would ask, not with the daily housekeeping. Towels they provide are very old and dirty. The water from the shower inside the villa smells like metal lead. The villa interior is very run down. The bed is hard. The windows are all metal mesh so you hear everything outside. We also left to Gili for 3 days but management refused any sort of compensation when we informed them 2 days prior to leaving. It took them 2 days to even give us an answer. They kept telling us to come back later for a decision. The manager is missing and in our 8 days never saw him/her once.

  Good location, mediocre but pleasant villa

  We had the 4-room villa, very spacious, loads of room in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen/dining area as we ate out most of the time. We did however eat breakfast in the main restaurant every day. Be sure to put in your order the night before and make sure you are ready when you say you want it for, else the food is likely to go cold. If you do forget to put in your order the night before, just be mindful that there could be a slightly longer waiting time for your food to arrive.Location was the main reason for booking this villa. It's a 2min walk to the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes.Directly next to the villa is a 24hour mini mart, it is tiny but has the main supplies. A further walk down and you are on a main road with a slightly bigger supermarket and more shops and restaurants.We used the villa's shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport (for a fee). I had good correspondence with the villa beforehand to ensure the car was going to be big enough for me, my family and our luggage and sure enough it was. The driver was waiting for us with my name placard at the terminal when we arrived which was very comforting to see after a long flight with 2 little children.Staff were all pleasant enough and they would phone ahead to ask when to clean the rooms.There is a spa on site and we recieved 2 complimentary 30 min massages and can highly recommend making use of this. I wanted to go back to have another massage but due to my busy schedule I never got a chance to go back.We also did laundy here too and currently charge Rp10,000 per kilo, which is always definately worth paying for.If I needed to be in this location again, I would consider staying here again, but not before checking out some of the other places nearby as it was quite a mediocre villa and you are paying for the location.

  The bathroom was super dirty unlike photos, however the room and the pool were better! I do not recommend it all!!! We were honeymooners and we couldn’t complete our stay and we moved to another hotel after our first night & lost our money! Not recommended at all

  Me and my friend spent 3 days in this hotel. Everything webt perfect, staff was very helpful, the accommodations were nice and the location great!I recommend this place for those who are searching for some privacy with comfort.

  Good Accommodation but not so good food

  Stayed there for two nights. The resort is good at an isolated and quiet area. The ambience is good with Private pool. The food quality is what the services have to be improve on. Overall a nice stay.
