    Lush Oasis

    rating10 Jun 2022

Beautiful Oasis! If you are staying in Canggu and want a quiet respite from the chaos, this is your spot. Peaceful, gorgeous, lush and welcoming. The pool is fabulous, rooms quiet, fresh and comfortable, the staff knowledgeable and kind and the location is close to the black sand beach and just a short walk to the busier area of shops and beach bars. There is a trendy Italian spot across the street with great pizza and coffee. We would 1000% recommend to anyone staying in Canggu and will definitely be back.

Nice end to a 2 week trip in Bali

    rating17 Nov 2019

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip. It was a nice relaxing couple of days, really quiet in the hotel, not many people around the hotel. We had a lower ground floor room, good air con. A bit noisy from the floor above but it didn't cause a problem. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. We did hire a scooter from them for 1 day for 70k which seems to be the going rate(v cheap!). A few reviews talk about a river on the beach cutting off access back to the hotel at night, but we found that a walkway/bridge has been built so it is easy to get to and from the hotel to the busier bit of Canggu along the beach (I'd suggest taking a torch although the hotel can apparently lend one). We ate at the pizza place opposite on the last day and it was fab! Amazing pizza and cheap lunch deal. Overall a great stay

    The most wonderful setting

    rating24 Oct 2019

I absolutely loved this place, it was absolutely stunning. It was homely, beautiful & tranquil. The only downsides were the building work being done next door-it started at 8am & went on until 7pm. It was quite loud & did make it feel slightly less tranquil, however I would hate people not to stay because of this. Also I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, it wasn’t that good & with so many wonderful places around you could get better. The good points, the size of the room was incredible. Huge bed in the middle of a lovely room, plenty of storage, a safe & a fridge. Good mirrors & lights everywhere. The people who work there couldn’t do enough for us, including helping us locate my husband’s lost bag with Air Asia. They were amazingly helpful. We had two massages when we were there, they were without a doubt the best massages we had ever had. Anywhere in the world! 100% recommend getting one. Lastly the surrounding restaurants and bars are amazing. Definitely check out Honey (have the Gin & Tea drink), Pescado & The Front. All amazing food & drink

Cute but you can find much better deals

    rating28 Jul 2019

It's pretty decent but very expensive compared to what's around. The hotel next door is much more modern, includes breakfast and cheaper. I would recommend expanding your search to other options .....

Beautiful hotel, that felt like a home

    rating24 May 2019

This hotel is stunning. Its not like a hotel, I felt it was more like a millionaire home that had been rented out. It the decor the poolside the rooms everything is juts stunning to look at. There werent many staff around we never actually checked at all as there was no one around. The few staff we did see were so polite and friendly. This hotel is quite secluded, in the middle of nowhere. Even the taxi drivers got lost from time to time, and so did we. When we tried to go out on the evening to get to the bars and restaurants you walk across beach where most of the tourists are. But we had the issue of getting back as the tide came in so we couldn't get back the same way.. it was a case of navigating through the street of canggu with a torch and GPS to find our way back. We like the adventure though lol. However.. We discovered a nice little gem not far from the hotel call bokicia (I think) which we absolutely loved!! Nice food, amazing people, good vibes a really good night.I would recommend this hotel if your into surfing and you want to be out of the way of the hustle and bustle.
