  I had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Lv8 Resort Hotel, where every moment was enhanced by genuine hospitality and attentive service.From the very beginning, the early check-in process was handled seamlessly. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Ninik at the front desk, who provided a thorough, clear, and welcoming explanation upon arrival. Her professionalism made the entire process feel effortless and immediately set a positive tone for our stay. In addition, Ms. Drieka was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout, consistently ensuring that all our needs were met with care and efficiency.The room itself was truly impressive—very spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. The generous size of the room provided a high level of comfort, making it perfect to relax and unwind. Waking up to a direct beach view was simply breathtaking, creating a serene and calming atmosphere throughout our stay. Every detail in the room was well-maintained, further enhancing the overall experience.What made the stay even more special was that we were thoughtfully provided with beach sand toys. This kind gesture added a personal touch to our experience, allowing us to fully enjoy the beachfront setting in a fun and relaxing way. It is these small yet meaningful details that truly set the hotel apart.Breakfast was equally impressive. The variety of options available catered to every preference, and each dish was prepared with great quality. A standout for me was the Wonogiri chicken noodle stall, which delivered authentic and rich flavors.   Amazing in everything

  Amazing experience all the way from checking in to finally checking out. The property is very close to Finn’s and nearby hotspots and right next to beach, the hospitality is amazing and staff is well trained, the breakfast buffet spread was also huge. The pool is very big and clean and a pool bar is also there. Overall a great experience.   This hotel is incredibly spacious; I didn't expect a hotel this large in the bustling city of Canggu.Upon check-in, we were offered ice cream as a welcome treat.Our one-bedroom suite was very spacious. It had a work area, a dining table for four, and a sofa for watching TV. The bedroom was in a separate room from the very spacious bathroom, which had a bathtub. My room also had a balcony with a beach view.The restaurant, Vue, also functions as a day club. The restaurant overlooks the pool and beach. Breakfast offers a variety of local and Western dishes. Guests at the day club can use the day beds or gazebo for free. The pool is also very spacious, with an infinity pool.This hotel is perfect for a family staycation.   Beautiful resort, friendly attentive staff but plumbing issues and sewage smell.

  We recently stayed at this hotel, the staff were absolutely wonderful. We got a good deal with free breakfast and also some coupons for free lunch or dinner. The options to use the free coupons were limited but it was still good. The staff members were awesome but probably due to their inexperience, they brought the desert before the main meal. Which we thought was hilarious and also they asked how the food was As soon as they brought it and requested a 5 star rating even before we could taste the food. But they were quite friendly and attentive. They are probably following instructions given by the management not knowing how practical, appropriate and relevant it is.We encountered alot of plumbing issues in this resort. Starting from our bathroom. The slope was not towards the drainage hole resulting all the water pooling up and no way of pushing it towards the drain unless u use ur leg to push it. The taps are so confusing and not user friendly at all. We ended up getting wet from head to toe when attempting to just wasb our feet. The bathtub had two taps also did not work as expected. Water dripping outwards instead of into the tub. Also splashing water straight onto my face instead of going downwards. Making it pointless using the tub at all as u cant fill it in. Or even have a wash in there. An unbareable sewage smell comes from the toilet. You cannot get rid of it at all. The ceiling plaster was bubbling in many areas throughout the hotel. Various different leaks in toilets in general. Near the gym and pool as well. We were on the third floor. The balcony floods everytime it rains. Luckily we did not encounter heavy rains, otherwise the water would have come into the rooms as well. The housekeeping staff had to push the water everytime to clear the flooded balcony. The resort needs proper renovations to fix the plumbing issues. No matter how much air freshners were used, the sewage smell remained the same making our stay a bit unpleasant. We were too scared to have a proper shower due to the flooding risk and water pooling upto the ankle. The swimming pool shallow end is right in the middle instead og being towards one side. Making it difficult to judge where exactly to get in from. The two ends of the pool are both deep. The beach is so dirty. We got two free vouchers to use at the hotel spa which was Niramaya spa. I got Vera who did an amazing job. I highly recommend the spa.
