This complex has a lift and a reception desk. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     The location was great, you can walk to Mall Bali Galeria, the ambience was great and cozy, room was spacious especially the bathroom was beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly,

    I checked into Mega Boutique Hotel Kuta on 30th November and had a booking until 3rd December, but the experience was so horrible that I checked out the very first night.The service was terrible, and the staff had absolutely no human courtesy. They were rude, unhelpful, and behaved as if guests were a burden.The rooms were untidy, the washrooms didn’t even have proper locks, and basic necessities like drinking water bottles were not provided. It’s shocking that a hotel operating in a tourist hub like Kuta can be this unprofessional.After this disaster, I shifted to Kuta Central Park Hotel, and the difference was unbelievable — amazing staff, clean rooms, and much better hospitality.Mega Boutique Hotel seriously needs to improve its standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    Honest opinion: Highly NOT recommended. This was my second and definitely the final stay at this hotel. The weird vibe I noticed last year only intensified. Upon arrival, my assigned room was hot, and the phone lines were dead with no advance notice or resolution offered. Not even a WhatsApp number for guests to reach out to. The in-room coolers didn't cool, and the hairdryer was literally smoking (burning). But the final straw was the cold breakfast, made even worse by discovering yesterday's untouched bread pudding, re-served with the same cut I had made. It's clear cost-cutting is in place, but basic standards can't be ignored, especially when guest safety is at risk. The disappointing experience and icky feeling will lingers. Its just not worth it.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty, there are no proper facilities, and while the staff are friendly, most of them don’t speak English. The reception is unhelpful—only a few try to assist, but most don’t. I stayed here for almost 2 months, and it was the worst experience ever. During my stay, I faced several issues: first, they asked me to change rooms because they needed to do balcony maintenance; second, when we requested an upgrade to a family room, they charged us more than double the normal rate. To make things worse, when we finally moved to the family room, we even found a mouse inside. On top of that, throughout the first month, both the gym and the pool were always under maintenance and not available. When I asked reception when it would be fixed, the only answer I got was ‘I don’t know.’ Honestly, don’t waste your time here.

    see the pictures? how fancy it looks? so mesmerising? NO. the pictures are completely false. the room reeks of mould smell. the bathroom pot literally had sh*t stains when we checked in. and the lights were negligible. the floors were broken, the wash sink was literally yellow and brown and i was way too scared to use the bath tub cuz it was soooo disgusting. we booked this thinking it’s gonna be really nice based on the pictures and that everyone who had given bad reviews were overreacting but nope, it was bad. even the breakfast wasn’t great. it was cold and raw. the shower head literally had green grime on it. it was disgusting. oh and trying to call reception or house keeping from your room? sorry! they will NEVER pick up. the lifts don’t work half the time. i loved bali but the hotel was so bad!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
