Location

This beach hotel is situated directly on the white sandy Sanur beach, the main tourist area in Kuta. Sheltered by the offshore reefs, there are good conditions for swimming. Sanur market as well as restaurants and shopping facilities can be comfortably reached on foot. Transfer time to Ngurah Rai airport is about 15 minutes.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 129 rooms and 4 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and fishing. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving or, for a fee, sailing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. Breakfast, a lunch à la carte and a dinner from the buffet or à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Just checked into Mecure hotel Sanur ,and Pak Brian helped me secure ground floor, as very hard for stairs ,Brian and his staff were so helpful, fully recomend the is Hotel and Brian

    Stayed at Mercure Sanur on 4-5 May 2026 and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great Sanur location.Special thanks to Ibu Rina and Samuel for the outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure our short stay was perfect from check-in to check-out.Breakfast was delicious with good variety, room was spotless, and the pool area was so relaxing.     Spent 7 nights at the Mercure Resort Sanur. Really enjoyed the stay.Set out not like a conventional one building Hotel but in separable traditional buildings each containing 6 separate apartments.Comfortable bed, good aircon, good shower, clean with very good daily housekeeping.The buildings are all set out in very nice garden surrounds.The staff do everything possible to ensure the stay is a good one and a big thankyou to Aras for looking after the bag I left behind.It is very reasonably priced and I would certainly stay here again.     We stayed in the deluxe ground floor interconnecting rooms. Rooms were spotless and we had no complaints with the room setup. Everything that we expected in a room in this price range was catered for. The location is awesome. On the beach surrounded by large trees and the vibe was very laid back. No hawker hassle like the North of Sanur at Sindu or Segara.The main benefit of this hotel is the price. If your a family wanting to get best bang for buck without scrimping on quality then consider this place.
