    Poor communication, Hotel Negligence and Serious Safety Risk to InfantI would completely avoid this place in case of travelling with kids as they organized events on the beach with pyrotechnics during peak times without proper safety measures.Without prior notice or adequate safety measures, the hotel organized or allowed pyrotechnics on the beach during peak hours as part of a wedding organization, while the area was crowded with guests, including families with children. At the time of the incident, I was present with my baby 5 meters away from the fireworks location without being notified in advance regarding the planned pyrotechnics, whose safety was directly endangered. The solid debris landed 2-3 meters away from the place were we stayed.I would recommend to avoid in case of travelling with kids to be on the safe side after my personal experience.

    Relaxing stay at Merusaka, again!

    After delayed flight, we were greeted with a warm welcome and most efficient check in to our comfortable, spacious and very clean room. Breakfast in Merusaka is an event: a rich, abundant, and vibrant selection of indonesian and international dishes, with fresh, tropical, and high-quality ingredients. Best followed by gentle breeze under green beach canopy. Love coming back to Inaya / Merusaka, every stay is simply a bliss.

    I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service.To begin with, the level of service was unacceptable. Used plates were left on the table for an extended period of time, and no staff member approached to clear them. Even after I requested that the table be cleared, the staff acknowledged the request but took no action. As a result, I had to collect and remove the plates myself.There were four of us at the table, including a young child, and plates accumulated as we were bringing different dishes. In hotels of this category, it is standard practice for staff to monitor tables and proactively clear used items. This was not the case. Used plates were left on the table for an extended period of time, and no staff member approached to clear them. Even after I requested that the table be cleared, the staff acknowledged the request but took no action. Only after I asked 4! time a guy took the platesThe main reason for this complaint is the following incident. My child accidentally spilled milk on the table and began to play with it, spreading it across the table, splashing it around.We asked the staff to assist and provide something to clean the table. Several waiters approached, observed the situation, communicated among themselves, made phone calls, and then left without taking any action.Approximately 7 minutes passed, and no one returned. I was left to find napkins myself and clean the table without any assistance.I reported this incident to the manager. He stated that the issue would be addressed; however, by that time I had already cleaned the table myself. No further action was taken, and no one followed up to properly clean or sanitize the table afterward.In addition, the pricing is significantly high and does not correspond to the level of service provided. In addition, the breakfast selection is very limited, and the quality of coffee in all restaurants is very poor.

    We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at this beautiful Resort. The staff were amazing and above and beyond our expectations to make our stay a memorable one! The staff at the Janjan Beach Bar made the best spicy Margaritas 🍹. The food and beverage team,a big thankyou for putting on our special romantic experience on the beach. It certainly was a special night for us. Thankyou everyone 💓 we will certainly be back again!
