    My favourite pools in Bali

    We really loved this hotel, the outside shower, the thermal hot water pools, restaurant overlooking the sea, even the intrepid clusters of monkeys going about their business in the grounds were fun to watch (from a cautious distance) We had a patio room and it was great, super clean and had everything we needed! Thank you to all the hotel staff that made our stay memorable 💖 Suksma!

    We had the most amazing stay. Amazing service, beautiful spa and the scenery and snorkeling were fantastic. To top it off, we had our own personal hot spring tubs in our room courtyards - what a spoil

    This is the first time I am writing a review of this kind while still staying at the hotel. We arrived earlier today and thus far it is not promising. Although the grounds are nice, the walls of our standard patio room are so thin we can hear every sound in the neighboring room and it is very disturbing! Its 10pm and I doubt we will have a restful sleep. Earlier this evening we asked for two extra towels for our snorkeling trip tomorrow and were told we could not get it because we did not arrange the trip through the hotel. For a so called luxury hotel this seems rather petty. Our last stay was at Taman Sari which was much nicer. I regret having booked this hotel for my birthday weekend:(

    Lovely property with great service…but not perfect.

    The resort is beautiful, and the staff could not be any nicer! The diving and dive shop are amazing. But the hotel and restaurant have some practical issues that make it less than a 5 rating. The bathrooms are open air…. So they are always hot and humid and have critters. Most of the food we ate was just filling our bellies…. Looked pretty, but tasted really bland. But all the service was top top level!

    This dive resort and hot springs has a great atmosphere. There are a variety of pools and springs of varying temperatures. Food, delicious with gorgeous view.
