    Really amazing stay, staff are helpful rooms and very clean and cleaned by staff every morning, hot shower and comfortable clean beds, the pool area is also really amazing and nice to relax, the sun hits it all day, very quiet and central enough location, would stay again☺️

    Had a 3 night stay at Naturela which was very pleasant. Clean,Comfortable bed, basic but that’s what we expected for the reasonable price. The best part was the Restaurant, freshly cooked meals with lots of choice. We never had a bad meal. The staff are also very friendly.

    This is a back packers delight for cheap accommodation. I stayed 3 nights in a double room for $50 a night. The room was what was considered a deluxe room, furniture and bed nice, no fridge, kettle and 2 cups with no tea-coffee bags etc., dirty bathroom, grey rags as towels and foot towels and spiders. Pool area old and dirty. I do not know when the photos of the eating area was taken-I presume about 15 years ago! There was 2 bottles of water in room the first day and when I went to front desk 2nd night to ask for 2 more bottles I was told that I was only entitled to 2 bottles for the 3 nights! $30 a night should have been the correct price for the room. There are heaps of nicer, cleaner places near by. Run don't walk from this place

    Easy access to all the premier surfing spots, very central. Leave for morning surf and come back to naturela homestay for all the food you may want. I stayed for two weeks and did not get sick of the menu, there were plenty of different styles of food and they were all delicious and great prices. Lost one point for the construction going on during the day which can’t be helped and for the scooter not having a right hand turning blinker. If your looking for place to stay, eat, hire scooter, surf at a reasonable price, this is it Tried to add a pic but the wifi isn’t amazing so wouldn’t load

    Horrible experience with this accomodation left us $120 out of pocket!!We had to make a last minute cancellation due double-booking ourselves. When we spoke to the receptionist we were told that if we paid the full fee up front for the cancelled booking, they would try to fill the rooms and reimburse us if they managed to rent it out. We didn't want them to lose income because of our mistake so decided to trust them and pay for the full stay. After seeing online that they had managed book our rooms out for the full period that we had cancelled, we returned to the accommodation to claim our refund. It was then that they changed their story and told us that we had no right to a refund under the booking.com T&Cs. They essentially made profit from the room twice, once with our booking and once the booking that replaced ours! The fact that they had lied to us about the refund made it much more difficult to deal with, it ruined our stay in Bali.The hotel itself looked fine, but don't trust these guys to keep their word or help you out if you find yourself in a similar position. Profit comes first for them.
