  Lovely family stay between Christmas and NYE

  We stayed three nights at the Palace Hotel between Christmas and New Year. Overall, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is central and there is a free shuttle to the cabinovia. Rooms were well furnished and cleaned regularly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the spa. The staff was attentive and kind. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food we were served at dinner was tasty as well (with the exception of an amatriciana pasta which was full of onion, although this was not stated in the menu). In particular, desserts deserve a mention.We would definitely come back as this is a great place to stay, but I'd recommend to reduce the heating in the rooms as it was too hot and not possible to be regulated, and to upgrade the hot tub in the spa.

  Relaxing beautiful hotel with spa facilities and great location to town centre

  Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel On arrival we were offered help with our bags. Normally I don’t bother but as we had a large heavy suitcase and bike box I agreed. A very friendly concierge helped us with our luggage to our room The room was junior suite and was very comfortable Use of robes and slippers were available which are great when using the hotels spa facilities. If you use the pool however you need to wear swimming caps but you are able to purchase them from reception at 3€. The pool was beautiful Large sized, warm with amazing views of mountains. Large slide doors which opened to allow you out on loungers to sun bathe The sauna, steam room downstairs was great however the jacuzzi jets seemed to lack a bit of power. There was a good selection at breakfast and I’m being picky but could have had more healthy cereal choices, oats, sugar free muesli There was a large selection of cakes which is a treat but not what I want every morning The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if only for the spa facilities

  Hotel Palace Wellness & Beauty – Bormio Bliss on Two Wheels

  We spent a fantastic week at Hotel Palace Wellness & Beauty while cycling in the Bormio region. The hotel was a wonderful base — the staff were friendly and helpfulWe stayed half board and couldn’t have been more impressed by the food. The hotel is well-equipped for cyclists, with secure bike storage and a relaxing pool to soothe tired legs. These thoughtful amenities made the experience even more enjoyable.One small tip for light sleepers: if your room is at the back of the hotel, you might catch some early morning noise from deliveries or rubbish collections. We solved it easily with ear plugs, and it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Great food, great people, and great facilities

  Amazing family ski hotel

  We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday.The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick.The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes.The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!

  All positives to report. Room great. Shower great. Breakfast super. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa lovely. Shuttle to ski area very efficient in both directions. Ski storage good. Distance from centre (without skis, for dinner) short and very manageable. Would highly recommend.
