    Awful, avoid at all costs

    We have stayed in this hotel 5 times previous to Covid, we booked for a stay this month, it’s changed hands from the previous owners which I wasn’t aware of, the hotel is so run down, we were allocated a deluxe room, on entering the room there was an overwhelming smell of mould, mould all over the ceilings, bath mats & towels were black and dirty, the bedding stunk of mildew, the walls were all bubbling. The pool looked like it was a bathing death trap, cloudy water that looked gloppy, else immediately checked out and after some heated debate got a full refund. I would stay away from this hotel at all cost, it’s like a hotel you see on banged up abroad

    Friendly owner trying his best to make guest comfortable

    I stayed there last week, after the lapse of 3 years. Glad that this hotel survived the hard times. Initially i was unhappy with minor water disruptions but finally I understood it was due to very difficult issue. The Owner was so sincere and hard working. I will rate the service 5 stars. I hope more guests will return to this hotel for long stay. Its location is convenient and nearby there are many convenient shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay here. I will also encourage all my friends to stay here if visiting Bali and planning to stay in Kuta are.

    The Ozz hotel is a fantastic affordable,clean and friendly place to stay.The rooms are good size with balconies and all surround the pool.I have breakfast brought to my room each morning that is included in the price.Yummy fresh omelettes or eggs any way I want,fresh fruit and juice.There is more on the breakfast menu but these are my favourites.Staff even bring me fresh mango smoothies in the afternoon ( mango’s picked fresh from the tree)Highly recommend the hotel.The hotel is close to Kuta beach,restaurants and shops.Sadly many shops/restaurants have closed due to covid but those that have survived are open.You won’t be disappointed by this budget friendly hotel…You can also book directly with the hotel 🙏

    Don’t trust 100% on picture advertise!

    I am really disappointed for my whole stay! I believe it is a budget accommodation but at least you have to maintain your room maintenance especially the air-conditioning. I was staying on the 2nd floor room #228. Upon checked in the receptionist very welcoming us and he usher us to show our room after we’ve done checked in process. Sadly, after few hours, the AC in the room still not cold. I don’t believe it’s because of the sunny weather outside. On the first night I was sweating like hell because of the AC! I did complaining for 3 times but the AC still not cold even on 16degrees with full blast. After third times at late night complaining, they offered me to change the room to #226. When we enter the #226 room, it seem like a defect room. The corridor on the 2nd floor is not properly arranged. Full of the extra bed. The cleanliness was average and the friendliness of the staff also average. I am sorry Ozz Hotel this is my last I will staying with you. Regards,Asyraf

    Bad experience for the second time stay

    My first time here it was really nice stay, big room and clean, laundy service was quick, i stay for 5 nights, and everything going well but my second times was really dissapointed, i stay with friend at the first night we asking for laundry and they say will be ready next day but until 3 nights we never get the laundry back. I ask to the reception they say will try to find it, until our last night stay we get the laundry ,still dirty and smelly. And they say somebody left in toilet. No explenation from the housekeeping manager very dissapointed.
