    Terrible villa, poor location, uninterested staff. Definitely NOT good value for money

    Awful place. Walls of pool were black and mouldy looking. Down long dark alley way. Staff were so dismissive of any questions or requests. Barely polite. Towels grey and yuck. Bed so uncomfortable, need a pillow top mattress protector. Awful location to get dropped off or picked up. Not even particularly cheap. Definitely not worth the prices. Found a cheaper villa in Kuta that is 5 star compared to the paisa villas. So bad we cheaper out couple days early. Nothing like the photos. Can get better villas elsewhere and for better value for money.

    Do not book this villa!! There’s so many others around in Seminyak or Bali overall and Paisa Villa Seminyak is definitely one to avoid. Many reasons for this, including: 1. Pictures are not reality - the villas are very run down and definitely need a massive update. The Villa also has a weird, lingering smell. 2. Pillows were very lumpy and the pillow cases were no longer white. Same with the towels - old & definitely no longer white. 3. We visited Bali during rainy season and whenever it rained, the rain water was dripping at one side of the villa where the tv was.. which was a huge hazard so we never turned on the tv. 4. They often forget to top up toilet paper.. we’ve had to go to reception and ask multiple times. They ‘clean’ the villa everyday but tend to always forget to top up the toilet paper? 5. To top all that off - my partner organised a birthday cake for me which didn’t fit in our mini fridge therefore he asked the villa reception to store it in their fridge. Only to find out the next day when we asked for the cake - that the fridge ‘broke’ and they had to throw it away. WTF? They couldn’t tell us this so we can make alternative arrangements for the cake? They ended up giving us 50% of the cake’s purchase price which was a massive cop out considering they’ve taken something sentimental & special away and plus we definitely did not consume anywhere near 50% of the cake. Please avoid this villa at all cost if you want to make sure your holiday is enjoyable.

    We did not have the best stay in there. However the staff is friendly and the location is good.On arrival after 2pm (checkin is 2pm) our room was not yet ready. They gave us another room to wait until our room will finish soon. After 1.5 hours waiting we asked and we got told they still have to repair (?) the room and we can stay in this room for 1 night... as just staying 5 nights we didnt want to loose all time. Even the room was not good. Horrible smell inside of mothballs. We thought it could just get better next day... Got our room and at first look it looks ok, but all pictures around are nice photoshopped and not original. Furniture is like bulky waste and comfort of bed horrible. Aircon working but makes noise like airplane inside the room (better bring sleeping pills). Dont bring valuable things, as the safe deposit box is not fixed and is "mobile". Weight maybe half a kilo and everybody can take it completely. Bed is made every day, but cleaning floors they did not do on our stay. On arrival I found a piece of paper in corner which still was there at checkout. So it was quite dirty, like bathroom too. Also we had been 2 adults with 1 kid but always juat got 2 towels (also not cleanest ones). Shampoo and bathgel are included, but thats all you can get. There was also a kitchen outside, but I didn't want to have a closer look at that one.... breakfast they served but I didnt touch it as already cold. Next to it there are also construction sites around, so noise garanteed from 8am until 6pm, and after you have the noise aircon inside the room. After all nothing I would ever recommend.

    Great honeymoon accommodations and Value for Money

    We stayed at villa no. 2 for 4 nights, from Feb 5, 2022 until Feb 9, 2022. At first we won't expected much due to villa price were so low (I bought from traveloka during flash sale), but surprisingly when we arrived it was more than we expected, the cleanliness was good but the ambiance of surrounding environment were great, it was so quiet and relaxing. Room conditions were great also, AC was cold, many international TV channels, and bathroom also quiet big and clean, minus only they do not have hot water, but in Bali I never need hot water.Almost all the staff were so friendly, especially the reception, I forgot her name, she was very helpful in handling our request.Me and my wife just wanna say thanks for making our honeymoon memorable, she was crying when we have to go home lol. We will definitely be back :)

    Spacious, clean and good location. Tucked away off the Main Street but central to many places one would check out in Seminyak. I thought the rooms were a bit sparse in terms of decor. Compared to most places it’s average to pretty good.The small pools are nice and a good place for couples or extended business trips.
