    Great 8 days stay in Pertiwi Bisma Ubud

    My husband and I enjoyed our 8 days of stay here in Pertiwi Bisma Ubud. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Rina in the lobby always makes sure that we are enjoying our stay and Donnie drove us to our day trips and to the airport. The chef always have our breakfast boxes ready when we go out very early. Our room was cleaned everyday even if you don't put "please make up room" sign. It's always nice to dip and relax by the pool after our daily adventures. Our deluxe villa is away from the road and surrounded by greeneries so it's nice to hear the beautiful sounds of birds chirping after a good night sleep. We will be back.

    This place was a good choice! I got the room that was on the second floor of the building. The room was big! And I had a king sized bed all to myself. Everything was clean. The towels are a bit old and frayed. They provided the essentials — shampoo and body wash, hand soap and toothbrush and shower cap. Because it rains in Bali, each room had an umbrella. The package I got had daily breakfast. The fare was quite good. So I enjoyed that daily. The property had 2 pools, one by the reception and one at the end where the Joglos were. They also have a spa where I had an original Balinese massage. I was quite happy with that! Would love to go back again!

    Before we arrived wife had a medical issue forgot medication at home, we asked front desk to nearest clinic, they offered to drive us there, the driver whyan drove us to nearest clinic they advised us for our issue needed to go to another clinic whyan drove us there and waited while my wife was being diagnosed and waited for delivery of prescription, he drove us and patiently waited approximately 2 hours, we couldn’t ask for better service thank you, and we loved our room next to rice field pool, beautiful grounds and location, will definitely come back.

    Didnt stay in the hotel just wanted to leave a review for the restaurant at the front. Food was well priced we had a villa and were coming across daily the cocktails were unreal and cheap for the area and they did us takaways to take back to our villa. Staff were friendly and remembered our names after 1 visit. Not busy, quick service. Best cocktails we had in bali

    MOLD everywhere. This is our review of Pertwini Bisma 2 ubud (2 rooms). At first look everything seemed fine. The staff was less welcoming then our other hotels dat we had in Bali. But that is not the reason to give a bad review. When we entered the room, the air directly hit our throat and there was a moldy smell in the air that you couldn't not notice. When we entered the bathroom the drama started. It looked like the bathroom of a motel. There was mold everywhere. The baththub/shower was extremely dirty. There was mold in the drapes, tiles, around the airconditioning, damp spots in the ceiling and spots in the bed sheets. We informed the reception and they had a look but the didn't discuss whith us what the thought about it. They sad the were fully booked, so there weren't any clean rooms left. We probably had the worst rooms in the hotel. I asked some other geusts and the sad there rooms were clean. But the public bathroom at the reception was also a disaster and we went to a restaurant in the street if we needed to go. We quickly decided that we were not going to sleep there, because it was not going to be safe for our health. It didn't even feel good to unpack our suitcases. The hotel told is refund wasn't possible because we payed before hand. Lucky for us we booked at a agency. For the agent it was possible to get a refund. We had to wait 5 hours, calling with the agency(protocols take a long time) and searching for another hotel(hard because ubud is a very populair place, a lot of hotels were fully booked). In the mean time the staff were having the best time and laughing while we were sitting in front of them. They didn't send anyone to the rooms to clean them. We told them when we left that they really should take a few hours to clean the rooms with chlorine and that they shouldn't let other geusts sleep there, because mold can be really unsafe for peoples health. Just a last notice. Rooms doesn't need to be ultra clean for us. We aren't diffucult people. But basic hygiene is priority. Summary: MOLD, DIRTY, BAD service.
