    I really loved this villa because of its very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The private pool made the stay feel more exclusive and enjoyable.     We stayed here for several days and it was truly wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire resort is so beautifully designed—very green, enchanting, and full of charming nooks and crannies. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Canggu, you can really unwind here, and if you want, take the shuttle service twice a day into town to go to the beach, cafés, restaurants, or cute little shops.     Honestly avoid this hotel the list of reasons why is long but in short..The rooms are dirty, we moved rooms because the first was completely unacceptable and the second only mildly better.The staff have lost all love for their work, likely due to poor management and upkeep of the hotel.The restaurant ran out of beer one night and wine the next bearing in mind there was only 6-8 guests the entire stay.The housekeeping consisted of making the bed and folding the towels, nothing was cleaned including toilets and showers the entire time we were there. It wasn't only us to experience this but ever guest we spoke to had the same experience too.
