The toilet had to be fixed every other day, the power went out anytime I tried to cook, but these are minor compared to my things being stolen. I sleep with special pillowcases for medical reasons that I brought with me from the USA. They came to clean my room and took them! I asked repeatedly for TWO WEEKS for them to return them and I was told they were at the laundry. So the day I am moving out I ask again and still “at the laundry” when I come back hours later as they requested they tried to give me some other things I had turned in for laundry and the pillowcases still were not there. I checked the bag because my gut told me they were missing. Turns out the owner had them in her house!! I had to wait in my gojeck and pay extra for her to come and bring my property back to me. There was no reason she should have taken my things to her personal home. These were expensive, satin pillowcases and she planned to just keep them. If you don’t want your property stolen, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Also the pool water caused my daughter to break out with staph infection bumps. She’s on special medication for it now and she’s 3.

Enough

I was check in at night and I see my room is large and good enough but there was a dust and spider web. I woke up at midnight because there was a lot of mosquito, then I went to reception to ask mosquito spray (because there was no phone at room) but I see there was nobody there.

Consider this as your only choice

I booked this accommodation as backup room for 4 nights, mainly to store bags and had quick nap because it's close to the place I worked on while in Bali. And felt lucky I wasn't stay there any longer. They shouldn't labelled it hotel, it's a very basic lodge. Yes, the price says it all. No hospitality at all, the reception was the the worst you can expect from Bali -- and please don't judge the entire island based on these 3 guys you met in front office. The room wasn't cleaned up the entire booking period -- which from my booking T&C supposed to be cleaned up daily and refilled with drinking water & snacks. The bed is stinky, the pillows & blanket wasn't fresh as expected from day 1. I don't have capability to imagine what was happened before I touch them. The aircon wasn't well functioned, its only breezing out some air with noises. The thing that fully function -- and I thank God for that was the hot water. Among of all budget accommodations I tried in Bali, rarely find one with hot water.Hopefully this review can helps other to consider what they are looking for from a budget room!

Friendly staffs. 3 persons stayed in a room and no additional charge because we didn't request for additional bed. Prefect environment, quiet and kind of romantic. 1/2 hour walk to Double Six Beach. The receptionist allow us to checkout at 2:00p.m. since we informed them earlier.

Too noisy
16 Apr 2016
I was allocated Room 1, right beside the reception area. The room itself was large & tidy, but the noise coming from reception by the staff all day & night was unbearable - playing music on their phones and talking and laughing loudly with their friends, right outside guestrooms - really unprofessional and obviously they didn't care. Also behind my room there was a neighbours dog that barked & howled all through the night. After 3 nights of no sleep I checked out early & went to another hotel because they had no other rooms available. Although they were good enough to refund the remaining nights, I think the staff working in the reception area need to behave more professionally and maintain a peaceful environment for their paying guests.
