    Our Australian family of 8 stayed here in July in 3 villas, and we cannot fault it ! Authentic accom, which is a little older, but very very clean. Clean linen and towels and rooms were well stocked with toiletries. All villas have Private pools. The Staff were AMAZING and so helpful. Beautiful breakfast was included each morning. A much cheaper option for a group travelling together than a hotel, and we loved the privacy and it was very quiet which was great because Bali was SOOO BUSY in July. We would definitely recommend Putri Villas.

    1. Pool is fantastic. You can spend a lot of time on it. 2. When we checked in, more than 30 mosquitoes were in the room waiting for us. This was terrible for the first night. We had to kill them all by ourselves. Things got better after we asked for a mosquito repeller and a swatter. 3. The room is older than the picture. The paint on the wall is bumpy everywhere. The furniture is old and aged, and the closet smells terrible. 4. Our money was stolen even though the door was locked. There was no outsider break-in sign since the lock remained complete, and the floor was clean. Only the cleaner came in. The CCTV only covers the front door angle. You can't claim the cleaner stole the money without evidence. The owner will threaten you by saying that they have a lawyer. 5. Call 110 in English; you can only be hung up. 6. An employee named Tio is fantastic. Thanks, Tio, for every help.

    Initial check in was smooth. Villa was not as per expected from the pictures. Price for this villa was too expensive as compared to other sites posting this villa. Villa was rundown with fleas in the bedrooms and lots of other insects. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. Could do alot better with the amount paid for this stay. Some staffs were not very respectful to female guests by staring and stalking. Breakfast was atrocious as it was pre-made and microwaved. Had to book an impromptu stay in other hotel to avoid staying here for our trip. This was really disappointing as we felt cheated of our money. Definitely not recommended.     The minute I saw the lobby i was very skeptical of what was to come next.Room had a musky smell, sofas linen worn out, towels yellow. Plants around the villa were pathetic n sickly n "dying" whole scene looks very forlorn. After 30mins we decided to check out immediately even tho we've fully paid for 3 nights. Hoping agoda would refund us the money as we booked another hotel thru them too.     Clean and comfortable

    The property is a little bit old and run down but pleasant enough. Our villa had two rooms plus a kitchen and was quite large but very difficult to keep cool as the A/C didn't work very efficiently. The pool in our villa was clean and the garden was well maintained. The bed itself was average and a little bit uncomfortable but the linen was clean and replaced every day. Staff were friendly but were not proficient in English so communication was difficult particularly when our bankcards went missing. We found the hotel drivers to be very expensive and choose to use BlueBird taxis instead - at about half the price. The location is quiet once inside the villa and close enough to the main areas to walk - about 10-15 minute walk. We would stay here again as it is cheap by Seminyak standards and very comfortable.
