Location

The hotel is located in Petitenget, with the beach just a few minutes away. It is 15 minutes from the capital city of Denpasar, while the international airport is just 30 minutes away. There is a variety of international restaurants and entertainment venues just a short walk away, while the busiest shopping and nightlife spots in Legian and Kuta can be reached in just 10 minutes by car from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 16 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, finca offers horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing and diving. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Various wellness options are available the finca, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Finca offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Avoid like the plague!

    ❌ AVOID like the plague! ❌We checked in and didn't seem like the photos, very worn down and in need of some work but we seemed to try and settle.Towels were an off white colour and found a cockroach in the toilet area and in the hallway and decided to check out immediately and find an alternative accomodation at an additional cost for our trip ❌❌❌From the reaction of the staff member I complained to upon immediate check out it wasn't the first time someone had said that and that's completely unacceptable level of cleaniless regardless of the star rating of the accomodation

    Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Seminyak 🌿✨

    We stayed at Putu Bali Villa & Spa during our recent trip to Bali and really enjoyed the calm and quiet this place offered right in the middle of Seminyak. It's tucked away enough to feel serene and private, but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, best of both worlds.The villas are spacious and have a traditional Balinese charm, with lots of wood details and outdoor bathrooms that make the experience feel really unique and immersive. The private verandas were perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings.The staff were so warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed especially upgrading the wifi speed which was very important for my boyfriend who works remotely.Only small downside: some areas could use a bit of maintenance or updating, but nothing that took away from the overall charm and comfort of the stay.If you're looking for a quiet, authentic stay with a laidback vibe and friendly service, Putu Bali Villa is a great pick.

    Great staff who were very friendly and went out if their way to be helpful. Excellent location in the central area and a short walk to the beach. It had a beautiful garden and pool and a wonderful outdoor shower, with a very comfy bed. We would recommend.

    Great place to stay if you don’t want to stay in a large resort full of families. Very quiet place away from the road. Nice tropical, well maintained gardens make it very relaxing. We requested a villa up the back of the property away from the street noise and bars. Pool was nice and not crowded so could always get a lounge. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The toilet, shower and kitchenette are outside the bedroom but was under cover and perfectly fine as the weather is always warm. Compared to the price of other hotels in Seminyak it was great value for money, close to bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. Would recommend for a great priced stay for those looking for more authentic Bali accommodation.

    Checked in and was put in different rooms to what we booked (originally booked a 2 bedroom villa but got 2 separate rooms, interconnecting door could not be unlocked, completely impractical when travelling with kids). Staff advised these were the only rooms remainingRooms were run down, dated, full of mosquitos and not sealed properly with holes in the door and roof.The tap in bathroom sink would only work intermittently so needed to wash our hands in the shower.There's a loud Aussie bar in front of the hotel as well as a noisy staff room so difficult to sleep.Out on the street, young local gangsters gather by the minimart shouting and stealing in the evening, this area feels pretty sketchy.We checked out after the first night and the staff wouldn't off any refund on the remainder of our stay despite not receiving the room we paid for.
