As a 74 year old pensioner and receiving cancer treatment I booked in for a 4 day stay. Un fortunately my key card unbeknown to me was only made for one night. This meant not only was I locked out of my room but the hotel itself. After 8 there are no staff on the premises and I had to dial a mobile no. for someone to come out and fix the situation. This is not nearly good enough. I wanted my room made up daily but there was no door card to request it. Reception was closed all the next 3 days so no service. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst EXPERIENCE Ever

It's actually a 0 out of 5 the worst accommodation experience of my life I have stayed before and the rooms are fine But on the 224th Feb I received a txt message with a code for a key safe a little later I arrived at the property at 5.15pm reception was closed , code for the key safe failed to work I phoned the property land line and a mobile number listed for emergencies even emailed the property 0 response another fella was at the front door he didn't even get an access code to the key safe The Worst EXPERIENCE ever

Don’t stay here. Weird security out the front, four security men won’t say why they are here. Okay.The check in desk has been locked up all day. Strange.Room smelt strange and musty. Bathroom was dirty.Double the price of a room at a nicer hotel just up the road.I’d give it zero stars but don’t have the option.Please give me my money back! (Ps I’m not a Karen trying to get a free deal, this place is literally not worth the money. I don’t feel safe, clean or comfortable)

Beware bed bugs

Unfortunately I was nearly eaten alive on my legs and arms by bed bugs on my 3 night stay. Management refunded me the cost of my room but refused to admit to the bed bugs or to fumigate the room. I was left to pay medical expenses for the very itchy bites and the problem of dry cleaning all my clothes to ensure I hadn’t carried any bugs away with me.

I stayed here with my elderly mother for 3 nights in mid September 2024. We had two separate rooms on the ground floor. The morning after checking out, my mother realised she was covered in bed bug bites on her legs and arms. We immediately notified the hotel who said they would fumigate the rooms. We also emailed asking for some money back as well as to pay for the cost of fumigating the apartment we had moved to, in case that was now also infected with bed bugs. The hotel was not particularly interested, seemed confused as to who we should notify and has still never responded to any of our emails over 3 weeks later. They did eventually offer to refund the cost of my mother's room, but overall I was very surprised at the lack of interest or sympathy given my mother had literally hundreds of bites and had to see a doctor in Melbourne. We are out of pocket by about $500 given the costs we incurred in the new apartment as we could not take the risk that we might have taken some of Adara's bed bugs with us. Having used the gym at this hotel, I am not sure how often they clean it so perhaps hygiene and cleanliness is not the best. For anyone considering staying here I would recommend avoiding it.
