  Beautiful hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. From opening your car doors, to unloading/loading your luggage without even having to ask. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. 24hr room service is a big plus (try the pizza ! )Breakfast is huge and very good. Good location for getting around the city.   Emergenc exit plan is incorrect!

  The staff are all very friendly except for those at reception, who were distant, even though I speak Portuguese well.The spa is only open one day a week, and the gym is very basic with old equipment and only accessible from outside, where the floor is slippery when it rains.The rooms are nice, but they seem to have paper-thin walls; I could hear everything from the next room and the hallway. You can't sleep here without earplugs.The emergency exit plan is incorrect; it shows a fire escape at the end of the corridor, but there's now an elevator there!The breakfast is very good.

  Great hotel close to airport and main government buildings.

  This is a great hotel. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The room (king) was one of the largest I have ever stayed it, and was immaculately clean. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower and the extra large shower stall. And the bed - so comfortable. I was impressed that both the bathrobes and the extra blanket were encased in sealed plastic bags. I loved the toiletries, especially the creamy, fragrant soap. I’d gladly stay here again. The restaurant had wonderful food beautifully presented. 10/10 stay.

  Three star max definitely not 5 star hotel

  The staff are friendly and courteous especially at breakfast. Rooms are clean. However the hotel is very old, more like a converted apartment building. The decor and furnishings are VERY dated. Bathrooms are extremely old from faded floors to slow draining sinks and showers. Honestly I have no idea how this is categorized as 5 stars, at best it is 3. They need a major upgrade and update of the rooms and common areas.

  3 star hotel with great breakfast. Bring earplugs.

  Stayed 2 nights as 1st time visit to Brasilia. This hotel is showing it’s age. First room given did not have working AC or TV. Moved to another room, which didn’t have working safe box and only had 2 hangers. There were only 2 elevators and one had some issues. The location is across the street from 2 shopping centers and next to a gas station with convenience store and eateries. Despite being in a room on 10th floor, there’s thumping music (or noise from ?nightclub) late into night until around 5AM that interferes with restful sleep (bring your earplugs). PROS: location is close to TV tower and walkable to Sara Kubitchek park. The shower water pressure was good. The breakfast buffet on 1st floor was excellent and had good variety of food with amazing fruits.CONS: aging hotel that needs renovation; rooms are worn down; gym was sparse of equipment; elevators are slow. High noise level all night. Overall, 3 star hotel with great breakfast. Would only stay here again if given very high floor and earplugs.
