    Quick review on a one night stay there for an early morning flight. The location was good, only 10 minutes away from JFK. Kind've noisy but not bad. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would give it a 0 or 1 would be on the bed mattress itself. I had zero give!!!! I couldve slept better on the floor. I didnt get a good night sleep at all because of this. My back and hip were sore for days. If there put in mattresses that had some give it would been 4 stars.     DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I had a concern about my upcoming reservation. I was told only a manger could help me. I tried calling over 20 times, emailed them 4 times, left my contact information and was told I would be called back or emailed back 5 times, and contacted their corporate office who sent a letter to the manager telling them to contact me. And never once could I get in touch with the manager. And there were never any attempts to contact me as promised. Multiple times I was lied to, sworn at, and hung up on by staff here. Extremely unprofessional behavior all around. Now I’m out $250. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else.     This property is good, They remodeled/replaced furniture, Staff was friendly, rooms were clean & all Amenities were there. Close to Airport and served my purpose.
