  Location, cleanliness, staff, all excellent. Walking distant to everything there’s to see in the city and only 2 minutes walking from the Beatles Museum and the Cavern Club

  A nice hotel which had everything I needed. The room was small but spotless and the cafe is open 24 hours. The breakfast was decent for the price (£8). It was helpful to be able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after checking out on my last morning. There was no sign of any cheese, so that must be a thing of the past! I'm also pleased to hear tat you found our breakfast to be "decent" and fairly priced. We are always happy to look after your bags free of charge on the day of checkout, and I'm glad that you enjoyed this service. We do still offer complimentary Cheese and Wine for Z Members, so if you book on our website as a Z Member, you can enjoy a complimentary cheese plate and carafe of wine (or a beer) each night of your stay.   Brilliant overnight stay

  Brilliant night away with my 10 year old daughter prefect location for our girls weekend. Staff where friendly and helpful, room was spotless was worried about the noise over night but we didnt hear a thing and slept though. We loved breakfast and children's breakfast was for free 😋 will definitely be returning on our next trip.   Great stay but no WiFi

  I've stayed in the Z Hotels in London and Glasgow so it's about time I added Liverpool to the list. Like all the others the hotel is very stylish and comfortable plus the staff are fabulous. A couple of signs of wear and tear but nothing to worry about and the rooms seem to be bigger than your average Z Hotel. The only reason it doesn't get full marks is that the WiFi is absolutely awful. Luckily I have an unlimited data plan .   Rude incompetent staff with no manners. Absolute disgrace.

  Rude, incompetent staff with no manners. I'd rather be homeless than to spend a night in this hotel. Absolute joke and a complete and utter disgrace.
