The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a stovetop and a microwave. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The accommodation has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the accommodation, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa and massage treatments.

There is a restaurant on the premises. A continental breakfast and dinner are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    The problem is Ubud!

    The hotel is excellent with quiet but very efficient service and good managementWe had a double bedroom complex with private pool which was very good - clean with excellent a/c and very large bedrooms and living areaIt is near to several good restaurantsThe problem is Ubud! We are regular visitors to Bali and Ubud was once a good central location. Now, due to a total free for all in building and a lack of any investment in external and internal roads it is virtually impossible to sensibly travel to and from Ubud - the airport trip used to be 30-40mins it’s now 2 and a half hours and getting out of Ubud to the inner island takes 2 hours just to leave greater Ubud!Simply travelling around central Ubud is a chore due to gridlocked roads and endless undisciplined motor bikesWhilst this may not deter back packers who use the bikes, I’m certain it will affect other tourism. Certainly we are not in the mood to return If Lombok could up its tourism offer, then it would be a far better option

    Not quite the tranquil stay in Ubud we expected…Long Term Construction Ongoing.

    We stayed in 3 different areas of Bali during our 3 week stay and was expecting our 5 night stay at Sativa to be the most peaceful and tranquil part of our trip.Unfortunately there is a very large construction site ongoing directly next to Sativa Villas. The villas themselves are nice although were slightly dated compared to the other villas we stayed in.The first villa we were placed in was overlooked by the construction site and the workers were able to see into our private compound. So not exactly the private pool we were hoping for. We asked to move villa which was kindly accommodated, however the road noise and construction noise from this villa was not idea.The staff here, however are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and certainly made our stay memorable.Ubud was our favourite area of our trip however we would choose somewhere else purely based on the construction that is ongoing.

    Gorgeous private villa in Ubud. I had such a lovely stay here. The staff was super attentive, helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, especially our private pool which was such a treat. Location was a little outside of central Ubud, however super easy to get a Grab taxi into the main area were the restaurants and bars are.     excellent amenities , a bit far from central Ubud

    a lovely villa, all promises are met. our butler Audi, and hostess for food Dayu, were very efficient and courteous.the villa was immaculate. a small glitch was one bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa didn't exactly have an ensuite bathroom, and had a door which banged when closed.also the distance from Ubud central is a bit far, and even though a shuttles provided it could be a bit cumbersome if one doesn't have own transport or can't cycle about 4 to 5 kms.but still a lovely stay.outstanding was the bBQ dinner Nyoman Merta, General Manager at Sativa Villas, responded to this review Warmest greeting from Sativa FamilyFirst of all on behalf entire sativa family i would like to extending our gratitude for choosing Sativa Villas as a place for your holidays. we are really happy to know that our villa, family service has been touch you well during stay. once again thank you so much. we will more then happy to welcoming you back soon in near weekend or holiday time.     Fantastic villa, fantastic team

    We stayed here for 4 nights. I wish we'd done more, excellent villas, that are a bit out the way, but the shuttle service made it easy access, there are restaurants nearby, or a shuttle to the centre, First class service from all the team, thank you for a wonderful stay and fantastic service, we also had romantic meal in the villa, excellent food and great service a real nice touch that's available.
