  Has all the essentials and bloody close to pretty much anything a tourist wants. I was a huge fan of the property being off the main drag behind another building (the sign isn’t very obvious from the road) and walking into the garden was epic!Sanur doesn’t fit my style as such and I knew this (overnight stay) but I reckon this is a good find!GOOD:- Two storey condo - lovely and bright- Can cook a feed if you want with pots and pans and gas top but you don’t need to when it’s so cheap to eat in local warungs- stinking hot water for those who require it (I love a hot shower no matter what)- air con works well- good sized fridge- bed ain’t bad. It ain’t the absolute best but I still reckon it’s quite reasonable!- pool and garden is beautiful - Actually pretty peaceful- you won’t hear the bars with loud music from inside unless they really decide to give it a go!STUFF THAT MIGHT BE OFFPUTTING FOR THOSE AFTER FIVE STARS- room was a bit musty but it’s wet season and hell, it’s humid. Bali smells humid and anyone who knows what the airport smells like and doesn’t get offended can totally get past this.- there’s a nightclub/bar a handful of doors down so if you’re outside you’ll hear some good old bogan ROOOOOCCCCCCCKKKKK- it’s not the easiest to find. Taxi driver had trouble - some construction happening around the place but no big dealOverall I really like this and it’s smack bang where you want to be without being right on the edge of the street.Staff were friendly!

  Rectifying a previous review

  I wrote a review earlier about this hotel and it wasn't a good one. We had a terrible time but I also contacted the head office (Ellora) because this is a chain of hotels and I can say that they came back to me and I am being compensated so I would like to retract what I said. I had not intended to do a bad review and instead giving the company a chance to rectify or compensate but when they hadn't I gave the bad review. I am not a keyboard warrior and put people down normally. I like to give them the chance to fix the problem. It was a bit late but they have come back and I am more than satisfied with the outcome.   2 story townhouse with a large lounge, kitchen and toilet downstairs and large bedroom and ensuite upstairs. The plumbing for the end room was very smelly during showers, the blinds are not blockout so it's hard to sleep, and the roosters next door were very noisy from 4am onwards. Otherwise the price, location, staff, and pool were all very good.

  Good value for money. Mould above downstairs aircon was a little disappointing but with a pool that barely anyone used and two levels so you can get away from the missus for an hour. Its not half bad. Plus the beach isnt too far away nor is a coco supermarket.Also, I love me some of their flax shoes.

  I spent two nights here and had mixed feelings. The good- comfortable enough bed, fairly spacious upstairs, good fast wifi, Central enough location, opposite Artotel beach club, nice staff, toilet upstairs and downstairs. The price!The bad- smelt like cigarette smoke, was run down and felt a bit dirty, the pool was filthy and Couldn't be swum in. Overall If you are on a tight budget and spending little time in the room this place is fine. I did wonder why the bored as staff didn't clean the pool as they sat around on phones all day. We chose to pay and use the Artotel beach club instead of the hotels pool. I wouldn't return.
