    Good Place To Stay in Seminyak

    Signature Hotel Seminyak is a good place to stay with your family or perhaps for your business trip. The hotel is located in Mertanadi Street Kerobokan which is easy to find options for foods. Besides it's also near Gusto Gelato and Warung Nuri's too. If you want you can walk from the hotel to get there. The pool is okay. There's also a smaller pool for kids. The restaurant serves only food by request (there's no buffet). Overall, it's a good place to stay in Seminyak.

    This was my third experience at The Signature over the last few years since it opened.... and will certainly be the last.This was never going to be a 5 star property, however what started out as a relatively stylish and competitively priced boutique hotel with spacious clean and comfortable rooms, in 3 short years has degenerated into a poorly maintained, filthy 2 star with management who show absolutely no interest in customer service, maintenance or upkeep of the property.Care factor = 0Such a shame that a hotel with so much potential should fall apart through a total lack of care and and attention Much better value to be had with some similar offerings which have sprung up in the area of late.

    Not What You Expect...

    Based on pictures it looks very new, fresh, clean and fancy. But in reality it's not. The facade and lobby look good, but when you get to the room it's dirty and doesn't live up to the pictures online. We asked for cleaning but it didn't get any better... The location wasn't that good either, it was a very long walk to the beach!It was pretty cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

    The hotel looks nice from the outside especially for how cheap it is. However, the rooms are dirty, the staff is horrible, and the hotel is full of prostitutes. During my stay,the entire night,I heard women crying and fighting with clients. It was very scary!!! Please consider going somewhere else...

    When we first arrived we were very impressed with the hotel grounds and decor for what we had paid. The rooms were also beautiful and we loved the decor but we noticed the rooms were not maintained well at all and the sheets and towels looked old and badly stained. The toilet seat looked even worse! The beds were comfortable though and we found that for the price we had paid it was good enough. We tried to extend our stay for one more night but we were given the hotel rates which were priced double of what we had initially paid and was not worth it. Hotel is so beautiful from the outside, and would be perfect if they had better maintenance of the linens and bathrooms!
