  Had requested mobility access room. On arrival the room provided was totally unsuitable. Request was made in February 2023 but no response from the hotel. The rooms also are very run down and unhygienic. Black mould in bathroom and no hot water. Room door could also not be secured. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

  I booked standard room, in description it has air-conditioning facility. But after check-in i understand there no air-conditioning. No bottled water, no tv, no heater, even light in room not working after few hours. No phone connection. Breakfast also not great. More over i lost 500K from room. I don't know how it happens when I Locked the room. I lost almost 35dollars from room. Luckily i didn't lose any gadgets. No locker in room. Please don't book such rubbish hotel.

  Stayed for one night only, didn't spend much time in the hotel. The building is quite aged and needs refreshingThe rooms were clean, but quite a bit of staining presentWe were on the third floor, the stairs up to the third floor were very narrow, bit of a struggle for bigger bagsThe breakfast in the morning, wasn't worth a look in - the chicken soup and juice that never arrived. The Simpang Inn Cafe is far superior for food.Place is quite average however very cheap to stay at.Well located for access to Kuta.

  Great location but Poor facilities

  We stayed here for a whole week. We booked an AC room, but was provided a Non-AC room. Toilet flush was not working, very low force in shower as the pipe joint was leaking. Very low light in the toilet (very low power old style filament bulb). Only one light in the room was working, all the other lights & fixtures were not functioning. But we liked the greenery present inside the hotel premises. The swimming pool was clean but very deep. The breakfast was not sufficient for an adult (two small pieces of watermelon and papaya each, only one slice of bread with an omelette, tea (not with milk) and colored & flavored water (fruity syrup) with ice cubes. The location of the hotel is great.

  Very basic but great location

  We booked a superior room using booking.com at short notice. On our arrival we were allocated a room on the second floor. Water was leaking through the ceiling from the room above - directly bore the toilet and their was a huge damp patch on the ceiling which indicated that this had probably been like it for some time. We asked for another room and was offered a tiny room on the first floor. Again we asked for a superior room with 3 beds as stated in our booking. Staff finally offered us a 3rd floor room which was facing the busy street outside. As we couldn’t be bothered to pursue the matter and the room was damp free we accepted. The room had no terrace or WiFi unless you walked to the stairwell area above the reception. Tv did not work and the powersockets were hanging off the wall (hidden by a chest of drawers). We didn’t intend watching tv so ignored the socket issue. The athroom also had open holes in the wall to the outside that let in mosquitoesIgnoring the issues above we had a reasonable stay. The location was perfect for shops, bars, and restaurants and was only a 10minute walk to the beach. The pool was clean and the area around it quite nice. Sun loungers were limited (only 6).On our final morning whilst waiting for the airport taxi we did see a huge black rat whilst we were sat in the restaurant. Whether or not this was a isolated event is anybody’s guess 🙄😬
