Location

This beach resort is situated on the Indonesian island of Bali, and is just 15 minutes from Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali's most sacred and most visited temples. The establishment lies within the Tabanan Regency, one of Bali's most fertile and picturesque regions. The centre of Tabanan is roughly 10 km away and guests will also find a range of tourist attractions within 25 km of the establishment, at both Kuta and Denpasar. The local beach is Kelating Beach, which lies adjacent to the establishment. Furthermore, the accommodation is about an hour's drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

A private atmosphere awaits guests in 48 villas/houses. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers a comprehensive sports programme, including fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, golf and horse riding. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, a sauna, acupuncture treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium, are offered at the resort. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a steam bath, a spa and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, which feature high chairs for children and air conditioning. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Soori Bali is a luxury resort nestled on the beach within a traditional Balinese village. The buildings blend nicely with nature and they are taking great care in matters of sustainability and they are giving back to the community. The villas are awesome and impeccably serviced twice a day, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful 2 night stay before we had to go back to the US, thank you for a wonderful stay

    Our group of 10 couples had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Soori Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family and made every detail feel effortless and special.The team arranged incredible experiences for us including a private temple visit, a traditional water cleansing ceremony, helicopter tours to see the island, surf lessons, and one of the most memorable days of the trip bringing in 10 convertible Volkswagens to take us on a scenic drive to a beautiful waterfall where they had an incredible private lunch waiting for us.What truly separated Soori Bali was the level of care and attention to detail. If anyone forgot anything, they somehow already had extra clothes, supplies, or whatever was needed ready for us. Everything was beyond thoughtful and consistently above and beyond expectations.The dinners were extraordinary. Three of the evenings included amazing performances that were spectacular, immersive, and completely unexpected. The food, atmosphere, and service were all world-class.We stayed in the main home, and the staff coordinated everything for our group daily with such professionalism and warmth. They even helped us move through the airport quickly, with a personal guide assisting us from the moment we stepped off the plane until the moment we boarded to leave.I’ve traveled to incredible places all over the world, and no place has ever catered to us the way Soori Bali did. Bali itself is magical, but this property and team are truly one of a kind. We will never forget this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.     Wonderful stay, exceptional service

    We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Soori in September 2024. It was a perfect place to start our Indonesia holiday! From the airport transfer experience to the time we checked out, the service was exceptional. The staff always greeted us by name and seemed eager to please.Our villa was spacious, comfortable and a great place to relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean. The ‘tasting breakfast’ concept was a real treat, and we enjoyed the meals we had at Cotta also. During our short stay, two small weddings took place and there didn’t seem to be many non-wedding guests around so the resort was generally pretty quiet. This suited us just fine although it did mean there wasn’t much atmosphere in the restaurant/bar in the evenings, however we did benefit from the wedding fireworks displays! The little gym and the spa were both lovely. Other activities included making a visit to Tanah Lot temple one morning; someone from the hotel drove us there and walked us round the complex, which was a great experience.
