Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, darts, aerobics, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    We recently spent five nights at this hotel, partly for business so we could not move. It is by no means a four-star hotel. One star is really what it deserves.First the good points: 1. the staff are friendly, all of them. Check-in and out was easy and quick. The staff at breakfast was reliably warm and welcoming.2. the breakfast was a solid buffet--food was good, nicely presented, plentiful, and fresh.3. coffee was good!4. not too far from the airport; but definitely not an airport hotel.5. it was quiet.6. the lobby and the koi pond were attractive.Now for the downsides:1. the hotel is dated and needs a good revamp throughout. Carpets are worn; walls stained and scuffed both in rooms and in the common areas. Flooring is uneven in places, especially around the pool. There are trip hazards in the lobby.2. speaking of the pool: it was not inviting. Not sure how clean it was as the bottom was a dark color. The pool area just was not a fun-looking place--murder mysteries could start here. Also, neither the pool nor the gym was clearly signposted.3. as for the gym, it wasn't really a gym: it was a hot room with a bench press, an incomplete set of weights, and an ancient looking treadmill that was probably a trip hazard. It was dirty through-out-I didn't really want to touch anything.4. while the room was cleaned daily it was not a great clean--coffee stains were left on cups. My wife wiped down the sink a few times. The doors had old stains.....5. the bed was small and old, as were the sheets.6. the air conditioning was not great. Neither our not our friend could get the a/c to got to the temperature we desired. It was always a little too hot.7. the spa was closed for the low season.8. while there are a couple of small stores nearby, the hotel is not really near anything of note. While it was basic--it was dingy, old, and worn.I read some of the other reviews and really question their authenticity: many are very short with kind of similar comments and all five 5-star ratings.     Not a package holiday hotel - facilities not as described

    As part of a package holiday we had 5 nights booked at this hotel. The description of 4 star and many of the photos of the hotel are old.Main concern is that the pool area is falsely advertised and looks nothing like reality. Creaky wooden boarding around a grim looking pool that was dirty and full of tissues and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Only two sunbeds with badly stained covers and just not an area you would want to spend anytime. The beach is 30 minutes away and there is nothing else to do at the hotel during the day.We checked out two days early and would not recommend this hotel as anything other than a business stop over location. Staff were friendly and attentive and clearly disappointed when told . The rooms were standard, corridor carpet was stained , bath in room leaked and breakfast was okay. Nice welcome drink and refreshing water at reception were a nice touch.     I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Kuta, and overall, my experience was satisfactory with a few standout positives and some notable drawbacks.The location is on a busy road, but surprisingly, the room was very quiet — and that was my top priority. I was pleased to have a peaceful, noise-free room, which made a big difference to my stay. I booked the Deluxe Grand room, and the size was good and comfortable.The staff at this hotel are definitely a highlight — polite, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to breakfast service to the car park attendants, everyone was kind and helpful.However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room, the breakfast area, and the overall property felt dirty and neglected. Everything looks very outdated, which adds to the impression of poor hygiene even if it’s just age-related wear. The bathroom, particularly the bathtub/shower, was not clean. The property, from the entrance to common areas, clearly needs an update and a deep clean.The swimming pool on level 2 is small — not really suited for actual swimming — and the gym was okay but nothing special.Despite the drawbacks, I did extend my stay. I would stay here again if I needed to, mainly for the quiet rooms and great service. However, don’t expect a modern, high-end feel — it lacks the polish of a true luxury hotel due to how outdated and worn it is.     Good location. Driving the car to and from the lobby can be difficult if you have a big van, due to tight parking space.Decent, clean room. They allow us to have early check in, which helps us to rest after our long flight.Breakfast spread is adequate, with some vegetarian options.Recommend this hotel.
