    This property i have been going to for years , and it is always a wonderful stay. The GM Caitie always comes out to welcome me back each time i am there , Francine checked me in with such a friendly welcome and efficient also....in the evening Hamza was there with a big smile on his face and also arranged some plates and napkins for a bday celebration we had in the lobby. Hamza is also super friendly each and every time....

    Room overpowering smell of cigarettes

    Room had an unbearable scent of cigarettes. As a person with asthma causes painful breathing which is dangerous. Told the front desk. Since it’s sold out no room change available. Asked for help from housekeeping and was told they are gone for the day. Went to store and bought air deodorizes which did not help. I spoke with your husband this morning and expressed my sympathies to him as well. As you know, we are an entirely non-smoking hotel and this should not have been the case. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention so that we can make it right.

    What are the one star reviews about? Fire alarm didn’t go off a Five am like John said. Service was great and we even got to have the pool to ourselves. It was almost impossible to get out of the shower because of how nice it was. So many options on breakfast and we even became friends with the employees because they were so friendly!     The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was a small offering but fresh and satisfying. However, the mattress was old, saggy and lumpy. The pillows were full of hard lumps, and there was blood on the quilt under an open one-sided duvet. Blood was discovered at 11 pm and we were too tired to call the desk and wait for a clean duvet. Also king bed had queen top sheet. We understand it was graduation weekend so you were busy but since room rates were more than doubled for the two night stay care of the rooms was lacking.     Terrible experience, no hot water, confusion about pricing with no explanation. Staff was rude and unwilling to work with me. Worst hotel experience by far! Plenty of other hotels to stay at in the Binghamton area, would highly recommend avoiding this one.
