Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, yoga barn etc. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. A safe environment! There is noise from the streets/city but not in the room.     A really lovely oasis with the most lovely and kind staff. The pools were beautiful and clean, and the rooms were big and comfortable. It had everything you needed. They even had a universal outlet adapter when mine broke. Would stay here again.     Stayed in Tebesaya Cottage Hotel for 10 nights in February 2026.Absolutely lovely,peaceful,clean place to rest your body and soul.Staff was going up and above to provide exceptional service,such a kind and hardworking people. Place is beautiful with lots of greenery,flowers,beautiful traditional statues and decorations which suits together just perfectly and represent soul and way of life of the Bali Island.Breakfast was very nice and beautiful served and with few options to choose.Rooms were spacious with even bigger bathroom and were cleaned daily,also bottled water was supplied no charges and service of using iron.Location was very close on foot to main central attractions and close to many nice and top rated restaurants, coffee shops.Would definitely choose again Tebesaya Hotel if coming to Ubud as really enjoyed and because of the very professional and most kind service from staff,if there could be grade 100,I would give 100 points as overall review. tebesaya cottage, Owner at Tebesaya Cottage by GenuineHost, responded to this review Dear Ana ,Om Swastyastu, Genuine to the world greetings from Tebesaya Cottage.
