Location

This resort is situated in the heart of vibrant, cosmopolitan Seminyak, about 5 minutes' drive from the city centre with its restaurants, shops and tourist centre. It is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Denpasar International Airport.

Facility

Guests can spend their stay in the privacy of the 10 villas/houses. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Leisure options at the complex include cycling/mountain biking, yoga, a spa and a beauty salon. For a fee, guests can also enjoy massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Great food and excellent service await guests at the air-conditioned restaurant. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Water bugs and roaches everywhere. Linen and towels stained and filthy. Had to go buy mattress cover and blanket, lysol and bigspray just to make it. Woke up with roaches sitting on my phone and in my socks. Had to fumigate the car when we got home. Disgusting and I have pics and video to prove.     $10 dollars for nonsmoking room!!

    The lady at the front desk asked did we want a non smoking room or smoking room. She said for the non smoking room we had to pay $10 dollars. We declined. We went to the room and it was discussing and outdated. We went back to the front desk and gave her the $10 dollars. I’m going to look at my receipt from my credit card to see if we booked a nonsmoking room or not!! The room we did get was decent but still outdated. It had baby roaches, you had to turn the water off because the showers head didn’t have anywhere to hold it. The safe looked like it was from the old west. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for the entire week we were there. The towels looked beige. They had plenty parking.     Very good service. Accomodated us at last minute with no issues. Room was nice. Pool good. We checked out early before breakfast, no issues.     The front staff went above and beyond. She had to locate towels, unplug toilet, fix AC unit, and let us in our room with in the 1st hour of checking in with her at the desk. However, disappointed this was all her responsibility. In addition, both bed sheets and bedspread had brown stains. I took pictures of horrible large mold in shower area. The pool area was trashed and dirty with large bugs everywhere, wall broken and falling which was not safe for bare feet. All the tables and chairs had unrecognizable product smeared. I was relieved we only needed a place to reset for 7 hours. We considered sleeping in our vehicle. We need a place every summer for next 3 summers. I will have to leave the Wyndham family to find a safe and cleaner choice for my family.
