    The staff is friendly and helpful. They will attend to your needs. The hotel is conveniently located in El Poblado, only about a ten-minute walk from Parque Lleras, a popular area with many restaurants and bars. One of our favorite things about staying at this hotel is the view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. From there, you can see the beautiful cathedral and part of the valley above the treeline. Sometimes, colorful birds fly by. There are grocery stores within walking distance, as well as plenty of places to eat. The hotel room was very loud late at night, so if you think this might bother you, ask for a room facing away from the street, or bring earplugs. Sadly, most of the time, this was not helpful. The bathrooms are modern with good hot water and water pressure. The furniture is modern, and our beds have always been very comfortable. If you want a view, ask for a room on a higher floor with a balcony.

    The hotel is centrally located. The room was normal size, comfortable and clean. The stuff was very friendly, especially in the morning during the breakfast. Breakfast could be much better, food choice was very limited. The television wasn't working so we couldn't watch the news.

    Last year, 5 (FIVE) months ago I made a reservation here, and I was promptly charged. The next day they cancelled the reservation, and said the refund would be back in 10 days. Guess what? These crooks still haven't send me the refund! dozen of emails back and forth, they send same phony message: "This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our Finance Department on high priority and the latest information will be updated ASAP." Booking here? You have been warned!

    Great location in Poblado and superb Breakfast

    It was a great location. In Poblado but not a busy street. Uncountable number of restaurants and shops around. Staff was friendly and superb hot breakfast. Breakfast hall and rooftop have an amazing view of Medellin mountains and truly awesome. However the Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear your neighbors.

    This place is horrible. They told AirBNB I attacked the hotel staff. I ended up disputing the charges on my credit card after Airbnb sided with them. I paid for 6 weeks only stayed there 9 days. After I had a problem with them they would not refund me my money.
