    Good Value for money . We stayed in a villa, plenty of room., comfortable., clean.Service with a smile every time Nothing is a problemYou will need transport to get around Jimbaran as there are no foot paths to walk to restaurants or the beach Supermarkets are close by.

    I would like to share my experience of staying at Astari Villa fromJune 7-9th. Staffs are really very polite helpful with a amazing hospitality. Especially staff Surya & Wahyu were very proactive and decorated our villa , pool and a loving candle light dinner table setup before our arrival.Thank you so much for providing a worth experience and wonderful hospitality.

    Great silence and cosy . It’s not new place, the rooms downstairs are a bit oldish, they need renovation and are a bit dark. Upstairs the rooms are new and light and worth recommendation. We recommend rooms type suite. The pool is big and clean and the staff is very friendly. There are shops nearby.

    The worst place we have ever been. The reviews must be fake as our private pool villa was awful. Thr furniture was filthy, the tiles and tables were all chipped, the bedroom itself was full of mould and stunk of mildew. The photo taken must have been from a long time ago. And when we spoke to the manager, we were informed that we couldn't get our money back as the cancellation period was over, so we just left. We have travelled to so many places and have never seen a place so rundown and dirty yet for some reason get good reviews on bookings.com. Something is definitely amiss.

    I booked this as a treat for myself for 2 days on my way back to the UK. I booked myself a villa with the private pool and all I can say is Wow!The outdoor living/dining area has everything you could need, the sofa is comfy and the pool is beautiful. The villa itself is huge with more than enough space. The rooms are slightly dated, but I don’t see this as a problem and still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I thought it was excellent value for money. I did not eat at the hotel, although as far as I am aware they only offer breakfast but cannot comment. Super easy to access Jimbaran, a 10 minute walk but everything is really accessible via Grab or Gojek. This place is a delight - I’ll be back!
