    Perfect villa

    My wife and I stayed here for 10days celebrating our honeymoon. Our 1bdr villa was perfect for us. I understand that the Villas are undergoing renovations to update them and while ours had not been renovated yet, we still had a GREAT time. The villa was located on a side street within walking distance to Seminyaks shopping/eating/entertainment areas. It was close enough to walk but far enough away that we didnt hear any noise from the street. The staff delivered breakfast (with multiple options) on time every day and even took care of laundry for us when needed. They decorated our villa for our honeymoon and were super helpful if we needed to call a taxi. The bed was hard and that's how we like it. They made sure we had fresh water and sodas as well as coffee and tea every day. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were right there. Made shuttled us to and from the airport and was super friendly during our stay. The price was reasonable and the location and staff were great.

    The staff were very friendly that was the best part of this place. The Villa is not as the photos show on line, it is very run down we had water leaks they couldn’t fix straight away. The bathroom was disgusting there was mould on the walls of the shower the sink tap was falling off the bathtub was not fixed and you could lift it out, the floor in bathroom had stains everywhere, the villa was so run down we requested another room and were told there were no spare. Even the reception area was old and tied. The bed was very hard but we slept ok we had issues with mozzies because the bathroom was partially open to the outside so we kept getting mozzies in the bedroom We were very disappointed for what we paid for this place we won’t be back here. We also found taxis could never find this place it was down a dark alley and they woul spend a lot of time trying to find it.

    When we arrived following amazing stays in Sanur, Ubud and Lovina we were very surprised that this Villa was as the most expensive of the lot was the most disappointing! The photos on the website are deceiving and the place is on need of a clean and refresh.Although the staff were super friendly they failed to provide toilet paper when it ran low, put urine stained sheets on the bed, provided stained towels and on day 2 did not service the toom at all!Too far from the main drag of Seminyak and down a dimly lit street, we should have gone without the private pool and stayed for the same price in somewhet more central that was cleaner!

    Hi,we were supposed to spend only 2 nights but our luggage got lost and we happily had to stay 2 extra nights! The place is simply amazing with all the essentials, super relaxing and cosy! Karoline, the owner really makes you feel at home...she was more than helpful with us and we appreciated everything she did!

    Where do I start; it was our first visit to bali (partner, myself and son 14 months) we were picked up by transport through our villa and had heard alot about the driving and road rules but were instantly kept at ease by our very wonderful, safe and careful driver. Once we had arrived to the villa we were very impressed, catered to our every need. Breakfast was demolished every morning (american) our room was cleaned every day providing fresh towels as well as swimming towels. My son absolutely loves fish so you can understand our excitement once we had seen there were coy fish as you walk in and out of the villa AND they allowed us to pretty much help ourselves to the fish food as this was sometimes the only thing that would entertain him. One staff member in particular took a liking to my son and vis versa as by the end of the trip our son didnt want mum and dad but his friend instead (made sumanata) on his day off he took us to the tanah lot temple and monkey forrest in return we paid him well, so I hope. If i was to complain it would be the actual location as we had to catch a taxi to anywhere we wanted to go but even then it really did not bother us. Definitely would come back and stay for sure but mainly because of the staff. The villa itself needs abit of an update but we were on a budget so I feel we got what we paid for
