Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Guests have a sea view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a TV, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, callisthenics, aerobics, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Half board and full board can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    We had a wonderful stay at The Bandha Hotel & Suites and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite, which made our experience even more special. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed.The location is perfect—right on Legian Beach with beautiful sunset views, yet still close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a great variety of both local and international options, and everything was delicious. The pool area was relaxing, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive.Overall, excellent value for money and a memorable stay. Would definitely come back!     From the moment I booked, the hotel responded promptly and thoughtfully to my requests. Throughout my stay (two nights from March 22), the staff were consistently warm and attentive. What impressed me most was that they remembered my name and greeted me personally, which made the experience feel very special. I truly appreciated the upgrade to a private pool villa on the top floor (Royal Suite Villa). It felt like having a villa above the hotel, with a pool large enough to swim in, a covered outdoor living area, and a spacious daybed by the pool. The location is excellent, right on the beach and within walking distance to both Seminyak and Kuta. With the recent traffic congestion in Bali, getting around by Grab can be quite inconvenient, so being able to enjoy everything on foot was a huge advantage and absolutely the right choice. Breakfast at Mozzarella by the Sea was also a highlight. Even as a solo traveler, I felt completely relaxed. The friendly and cheerful staff made it easy to feel at home. Highly recommended.     This is my second stay at the Bandha, in a junior suite. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms and facilities are comfortable, clean and relaxing. Centrally located.     Beautiful hotel

    From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome All the staff went above and beyond They were all amazing.The room was beautiful. The hotel was spotless The breakfast was really good. The only negative was the hotel next door was being demolished. The first we was aware of this was there was a note in the room with earplugs. Our balcony overlooked this. We would definitely return to the hotel but when the work is complete.
