Location

Located down a paved landscaped lane, the resort is just off one of the most vibrant streets in Seminyak, within convenient walking distance of popular restaurants, cafés and bars. It is conveniently situated only 30 minutes' drive from the airport and 5 minutes' drive from Pettitenget Beach.

Facility

Privacy and a pleasant ambience set the 23 villas/houses apart. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The complex has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and fishing are available. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include bowling and aerobics. A spa and massage treatments are available in the wellness area.

Meals

There is a restaurant on the premises. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

Location is very good and the staff are helpful. we stayed in the honeymoon villa 19. As a returning costumer our expectations were high. Oh boy, what a disappointment it was. It is in desperate need of refurbishment. Pool cleaning are non existent, tiles are missing or breaking up and mould grows very nicely around the edges at water level. Pool were cleaned once from leaves etc. only because asked for it. The smell are terrible, had no hot water until asked to be fixed. Kitchen amenities are none. Bed linen are more greyish than whiteish, old and worn. Curtains may have never ever has been washed, mosquito nets are the same. Seems like the toilet sewer water seeping through the floor tiling which is a kind of stone, not tiles. Asked for a micro which they provided. No large water bottle any more and had to ask every time for bottles of water. Breakfast was ok, they bring it every morning at the time we asked for. The morning offerings, known as canang sari, are daily, handmade palm-leaf baskets filled with flowers, incense, and food, well our villa was skipped all the time. Location would have been nice and quiet but some tourist are renting the very loud bikes and had a ball running up and down the little street early morning and late night. We have stayed for 11 days and spent 6 of them inside being very sick and bed ridden. Not a Bali belly but some nasty throat infection in which the dirtiness off the place didn't help. For the price we paid it is a huge disappointment. It was a huge let down and because of the place and over all experience we decided this was our last trip to Bali (we had about 10 already). The entry door had a big padlock instead of a proper lock which is not a big issue but for the price... it is. Water quality for shower are a new for us. Feels like you use a mild glue as soon as you use a soap or shampoo. Over all we don't recommend this place.

This place is filthy!Yes it's a bit tried and dated which we expected, however when you check in and see the pottery in the bathroom very dirty and the floor and walls also very dirty you realise they are not dedicating the time necessary to try and maintain a decent standard, quite the opposite.Get away without giving the place a good clean.On a.plus side, the beds, linen and towels were fine and the location is excellent, but you could go the extra mile.What a shame this let your review down so much.Hope you get this sorted

A honeymoon we will never forget.

Staff and amenities far exceeded our expectations and very enjoyable.Breakfast everyday in our villa caters for all diets western or indo. We found the Indonesian breakfast to suit the climate much better. Every type of restaurant you can imagine at the entrance as the Villas are located on the famous eat street.

Worst and dirtiest Place to stay

This the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in in all our years of travel. Black Mold on mosquito net over bed . Cold water tap in bathroom couldn't turn on from corrosion. The exhaust fan in bathroom was completely rusted and just hanging on to wall.The towels were so dirty that my husband went to front desk to get clean ones and they couldn't find any clean ones. The pool had tiles missing and you had to be careful not to cut your foot on them. We paid a lot of money to stay here then had to pay another hotel same amount as we couldn't think of staying in the filth for 7 days .The photo's we have shows just how bad this place is to stay in . The other hotel was everything it should have been at the 1st.

The honeymoon villa has a very big private pool, a dreamy bathroom, shower outdoor and super cozy patio!Strategic location as well.They don't have a restaurant so you have to order breakfast the day before and they will bring it to your villa.I really enjoyed my stay!
