    Friendly, family-run bungalows a short walk from surf point and beach.

    We had a wonderful week in this small local family-run resort with nice pool and good restaurant. Very good value for money and if you want a sea-view with your cocktail you can easily stroll to a hotel or restaurant nearby. Sentana, Yogi, Dana and the team respond quickly to any requests. It’s a nice quiet island and easy walking to watch the surfers from the cliff top cafes. No crowds. You can take a dip at Secret Point beach, and there is a small area you can snorkel in at mid-tide.

    Amazing Paradise and stay

    I have travelled around the world and stayed in many types of accommodations. The Dafish was the most pleasant stay I have had to date. The islands have a village vibe and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have never felt safer on a holiday. The food was delicious, I stayed at the Dafish for 7 days. Getting there is an adventure in itself. From the airport to the boat launch, on the scooter and over the yellow bridge, I was well looked after and enjoyed every minute of my holiday . Thank you Sentana. Yogi and Putu, and the rest of the amazing people there. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. I loved the Bungalow. I will definitely stay here again and make it an annual stop for me on vacation.

    Nestled on the picturesque island of Ceningan, The Dafish offers a tranquil and unforgettable stay. The warm pool, surrounded by lush greenery, provides a serene oasis for relaxation. Impeccable customer service ensured that every aspect of our stay is perfect, with dedicated staff, Dana & his family, going above and beyond to make us feel valued. The restaurant delights with a variety of flavors, from local specialties to international dishes, creating a memorable dining experience. I, personally, think the chef is one of THE BEST chefs there ever is. The private cottages and bungalows exude rustic charm and provide a comfortable retreat. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of exciting activities such as snorkeling trips, fishing trips, and even guided tours to nearby Nusa Penida, enhancing your experience and allowing you to explore the natural wonders of the area. I highly recommend talking with the hotel to organise these trips instead of doing it with outsiders! Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this hotel is the ideal destination for an unforgettable getaway. 100% recommended and we will be back again! P.s. even if you’re not staying here, you HAVE TO come eat lunch Zoe dinner here, the food is AMAZING!

    Amazing hospitality but rooms could use an update.

    Second time staying here. Still have the same amazing and friendly staff. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Also run King of the sea snorkelling trips (highly recommend). Grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and flowers. Rooms are unfortunately dated and air conditioning is not great. Small fridge in room but no bottle water or coffee/kettle. Also only provided pool towels, no bath towels or hand towels in bathroom. Bathroom is part open and showing it’s age. Have a safe in the room but it’s not attached to anything. Pool area is nice but pool was so dirty we did not use it. Breakfast included was simple but very good. Close to restaurants and blue lagoon. Great prices but very rustic.

    The Dafish Ceningan was such a nice break for us. As a family traveling for a long time and with two little girls we needed to slow down for a bit. Ceningan can be the perfect spot for this - but Dafish is also a great location for a snorkeling/diving/surfing holiday. Dana and the rest of the Staff made us feel like home. In general people are very kind and real on this little gem of an island. We loved to relax by the pool and have slow breakfast in the common area. The smoothie bowl was superb! The location is perfect for visiting secret beach point and blue lagoon. We will come back again some day.
