    The hotel is very good indeed for its 3 star label.They seriously follow up our inquiry for birthday selebration. They go the extra mile to provide (to name a few) Towel decoration, Baloon with banner above head board, BD wishes on our mirror and a slice of nice cake on our minibar.All employee were extremely polite and helpfull. From Bar Attendant to the security at the front gate.Congratulation for having such a great team. Special credit for the person who trained them to be a genuine service staff.Cleanliness and facilities is flowless. Our bathroom was exceptionally clean and well stocked (there is a wet sign on the ceiling though) but generally everything was flowless.It is very recommended to stay here if you are staying in UBUD.

    Wonderful Family Stay in the Heart of Ubud

    This was our second time staying at The Evitel Ubud Hotel, and it was even more special as it coincided with our 18th wedding anniversary and a family holiday.The hotel is very well located in central Ubud, making it easy to go everywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our first impression started with the reservation team who responded quickly. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Yunita at the Front Office, who was fast, friendly, and welcoming.We were also surprised with a beautiful anniversary room decoration upon entering the room. Thank you so much for the lovely wedding anniversary setup 🤗❤️The swimming pool was clean and comfortable, and the pool bar staff, Komang from Gianyar, was very friendly and attentive.Overall, our family was very happy, and we will definitely come back again on our next trip.Thank you, The Evitel Ubud, for the great service and for making our holiday experience so memorable.

    Convinient stay in Ubud at The Evitel Resort

    This hotel is located heart of the Ubud, close proximity to monkey forest and Ubud Market/Palace. Coco super market is just 2 mins walking distance (you can do lots of shopping here), also the famous L'Osteria Pizza Cucina Italian restaurant right front of the hotel. Many more great restaurants and eateries are around.We got ground floor rooms, easily accessible from the entrance. mid-range in size but just perfect for our two overnight stays. Balcony is just enought for you to strech your body on a balcony chair with a drink. All basic room facilities were provided including bottled water. Their restaurant and the pool are hidden gems.Don't go out for food, restaurant (5th floor) provided a-la-carte options for lunch and dinner. They also serve drinks for reasonable prices, you can enjoy same on pool side with beautiful calm vibes. We had our dinner arranged poolside to enjoy with a dip at the pool at night, after our exhausting day at Nusa Pendia island. It was such a lovely experience. Pool was large and well maintained, refreshing break is guaranteed. Kids enjoyed a lot.They arranged take away breakfast as per our request when we left at hotel around 6.30 AM to Nusa Penia island tour. It was a generous boxes of sandwich breakfast with drinks + fruits. Very statisfied with their on time arrangement. Next day breakfast at their restaurant was bit of a disapointment where we have limited options. However we enjoyed relaxing time with the views from adjoining large paddy fields views from the restaurant.Recommened for your stay at Ubud. We will visit again.

    Overall a really nice stay here, there was some construction going on but not enough the cause any issue. The rooms were good and the breakfast was great. The rooftop pool had a great view over the paddy fields and I would easily come back here to stay again.

    This gem is located in the perfect area. Tucked away from the street noise but only mintuesbaway from main street with tons of local shops, restaurants, and main supermarket right across the street. It's also just a 10 minute easy walk to the Monkey Park. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice garden rice patty view and the air conditioner worked perfectly. My favorite part was the bed which has no lumps and woke up without any back pain after a good night's sleep.The best parts of this hotel are the staff and food. The restaurant is on the 4th floor near the pool. Food was absolutely amazing and very very reasonably priced. No need to trek outside looking for a random place to eat. The restaurant serves everything from awesome variety of pizzas, a wide variety of fried rice, chicken skewers, tomato penne pasta, cream pasta, fish and chips, sandwiches, and more. (Yes, we ordered almost everything last night AND again for lunch for a group of 9 people.) Happy hour drinks were perfect, coffee was amazing, and breakfast buffet hit the spot. The view of the rice field was very peaceful, and regardless of how hot the weather was, the restaurant was nice and cool and a very comfortable setting. On top of that, the servers were sooo kind and helpful! Even if you don't stay the night here, I really recommend the restaurant on the 4th floor!
