  We had the worst experience with Villa Harmony in Bali. From start to finish, it was a nightmare:The price kept changing and going up after we had already booked.The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.We paid for 6 bedrooms but were only given 5.They constantly hassled our guests and made the whole stay uncomfortable.This place felt like a complete rip-off. Very dishonest, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with.Do not stay here – avoid at all costs!

  This place is horrible dirty No stars checked out within an hourYes cheap but this filthyWhen I first check is she told me not aloud speak loudly What does that mean they said no check in until 12 very busy, fair enough but no one was there I’m sure if I slept in that bed I’d catch something

  The people are beautiful. The place is a disaster. I don't think any upkeep on the place has been done since built. Aircon barely works and bathrooms are rank. My stay was very uncomfortable that I moved hotels two days into my trip and was only refunded 50 of the 280 paid

  Need to know. Its basic, its rundown, its tired. Its dirty. Floorboards on balcony were lifting and completely missing in some places. Door does not lock. Dirty Bathroom. Air con needs replacing, cannot produce cool air. Paint peeling, mould on ceilings. No kettle, cups or water. Much better options close by for the price. I booked for two weeks, stay one night and demanded a refund. Staff were pleasant but the owners were definitely not interested. A regular to Bali and have witnessed the decline in this building over the years. The rooms are not updated at all. Linen was old and stained. I didnt feel clean at all using the sheets and towels. This place definitely needs a revamp.

  This place would have been pretty nice ten years ago but unfortunately it hasn’t been maintained. It’s kept clean but paint is coming off the walls and doors, the towels and sheets are clean but old. You get what you pay for and at 275,000 rp per night it’s good enough. Pool is clean and relaxing.
