Location

The resort is located on Nusa Dua beach, within walking distance of a shopping centre. It is 20 minutes from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport, 25 minutes away by car from Sanur, 20 minutes from Kuta Beach and 40 minutes from Denpasar and Uluwatu Temple.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 271 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine, projector and photocopier is available. Those who don't want to neglect day-to-day business can make use of the secretarial service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Water sports available at the resort include water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Photoshooting experience in Nusa Dusa

    I recently stayed at the Laguna Hotel in Nusa Dua, and it was truly an outstanding experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary photo studio session, where we had a family photoshoot — and it couldn’t have been more perfect.The team of Dreams Studio Bali Julia and Gustu selected beautiful locations around the property, the photographer was highly professional, and the overall experience felt very well thought out. We were especially impressed with the final results: a fantastic selection of photos and a beautifully produced video that captured our time there in a truly memorable way.I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the quality of this service. It added something very special to our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wonderful family vacation.

    Exceptional experience at The Laguna Resort and Spa

    From the moment we walked into the lobby of this beautiful resort we knew the next 4 nights/ 5 days were going to be amazing! The staff at the Laguna were exceptional, the food was great, the views from our room, were fantastic! We would like to share a great experience we had with one of the staff members at the Sapphire Lagoon Bar, Surbata. He was the best! He greeted us daily with warm and genuine hospitality! He even invented a drink for us our first night there- he named it Sapphire Tropical- which we continued to order everyday after! This refreshing drink paired perfectly with the beautiful surroundings on this property. We hope to see this drink on the menu, the next time we visit this beautiful resort!

    True hospitality services from the moment you step your food in the Lobby.The team obviously the Big Star here.- Front desk (clean explanation with a sweet smile) - Butler Villa (Amazing Buggy response time, max wait under 5 minutes)- Banyu Biru Dinner (explain all the selection and very helpfull with everything)- Security (Polite not confront guest with room number, instead ask the pool guy to ask us to confirm we are a staying guests)- Lost & Found team (Thanks for keeping our item)Personally i appreciate all the Laguna Team that help us during our stay, and we love the surprise upgrade for both of our rooms.I'm confident that i will return in the very near future .     Amazing breakfast!

    Lovely beachfront location and pleasant walk to good restaurants, shopping and spa. The hotel is huge with many pools to choose from. Room was large and bathroom had one of the most spacious showers ever, but unfortunately balcony is too tiny relatively size and price of room. We had a strong damp, musty smell in our room but they provided dehumidifier to help with this. Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with the biggest variety we've ever experienced!     Fantastic second visit to the Laguna

    We were delighted to have the opportunity to return this hotel for a second visit. The wonderful welcome from the entire team is so heartwarming. They use the phrase “welcome home! “ and they do everything possible to make your stay an outstanding one. We would like to recognise Winda, Lisa, Dewa and AJ in reception and thank them all for their outstanding assistance. The hotel and its gardens are beautiful and calming so you relax straight away. We stayed in a lagoon access room, an upgrade from the one we had booked. As Bonvoy members this is a very welcome treat and one we do not take for granted. The breakfast restaurant Banyubiru has such a wide choice of well presented options, we received excellent service from KD, Mila, Dika Tya, Sudarsini and in fact lots of their colleagues. They remembered our names and greeted us everyday and also remembered our tea and coffee preferences. We also enjoyed a couple of evenings at the De Bale bar with dancing and entertainment and Lilli made our visits very special. The whole place is really well organised and friendly. The guys at the pool and beach also made us feel welcome and remembered our names. The Laguna is so well worth a visit we highly recommend it and hope to return again.
