    We had a truly excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.A special thank you to Berta, who went above and beyond for us. She was always there, incredibly helpful and caring — we couldn’t have asked for more.Highly recommended, and we are very grateful for everything.

    The location of the hotel is poor. The road leading to the hotel is dreadful. The villa was run down and not very clean. The staff were amazing and the spa was amazing. However, the cleaning of the outside areas of the villas needs vast improvement.The hotel is not a 5 star hotel!

    We stayed here with a Scoopon deal, which was good value. The location is quite far away from the usual tourist options , and only accessible by car/ bike. We used a Gojek to get around. The buffet breakfasts were good, with a decent selection, however the dinner options we chose were just average. There’s nowhere else within walking distance that you can choose from . We are people that like to go for a walk after dinner etc, and unfortunately the roads are very bad and unsafe to walk on, and really nowhere to walk to or see. We enjoyed our stay, but would not return.The staff were lovely and very efficient .

    Receptions at hotel are very friendly and often gives useful , efficient help . They can speak a good English.The restaurant are very clean , coffee and food quality are impressive!Hotel room very clean , elegant , make it like your own home 🏡 The massage room are beautiful .     Hidden Gem

    This hotel is a hidden gem. We had a very nice private pool villa booked through Luxury Escapes that included half board. Their restaurant menu is extensive and all our meals were well presented and tasty.It may seem to be out of the way but there is a three times a day shuttle to the south end of Jimbaran Bay where there are several sea food restaurants on the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants by the Movenpick hotel.It cost us 100000rupiah for a Blue Bird taxi to the Discovery shopping complex in Kuta. $9audThe staff are friendly and the manager Isma looked after splendidly with nothing to much trouble.
