Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

There is a bar on the premises. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day.

    Great location, beautiful views

    Seems that the rooms are newly remodeled and look fresh. Only thing that you can see is from the past, are the windows and the hallway carpets, which I'm not really sure why they didn't fix that while fixing everything else... the location is right next to one of the main squares, so walking distance to everything. Nice view of the city, but can get noisy on weekends. Free parking and great staff.

    Great value and location. The area was surrounded by shops, restaurants. Short walk to most historic sites and monuments. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators.Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The pictures here on TA are old. The beds were covered by white duvets with purple sashes. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was weak/ intermittent, I thought it was a great find in SLP. Comfortable and centrally located. Priced lower than its worth.I would stay here again.

    +The hotel is a cheap one in the historic area. Good location. - It is very old and the carpet and blankets are very dusty.-The worst thing about this hotel is that it is located one block from a very loudDiscoteca. When I woke up at 4 a.m. on the first day of our visit, I thought that the whole city is celebrating and dancing on the central square. I looked through the window and found empty streets. I called the front desk to find out what is going on. They sad they could call the police but it won't help. They called and in 10 minutes the level of sound went down. We had this Discoteca during our whole stay at the conference. The inability to have a night sleep spoiled the conference.

    I had a good stay at panorama and would rate this 3.5.. they are redecorating some of the floors and the spa is decent. Not very great. Pros: Excellent location in downtownMost of the folks were conversant in English and were helpful Breakfast buffet was goodValue for money compared to other optionsGood view from top floorsCons: the room itself is big but in need of redecoration. Coffee maker is a basic everywhere I stay and should not be dependent on the type of room. Being in downtown, there is lot of noise late night, not sure if it was only for my room. Restaurant should have vegetarian options.     Cockroaches on the bed!!!

    When we arrived at 1 am after attending my cousin’s wedding, my wife out by 1 year old baby on the bed to change her diaper, and two cockroaches suddenly ran a few centimeter over my baby’s head!We took our suitcases and left the room! I stopped at the front desk very upset and said we were leaving, left my cel phone number and ask requested to have the general manager call me first thing in the morning. I never got a call.The guy at the front desk did I offer to change us to a recently renewed room, but never offer a refund ( the room had already been charged to my card)We had to start finding an other Hotel at almost 2 in the morning at 6 Celsius with a 1 year old baby.I’ll never return to that Hotel!!!!
